Predators - 1/6th scale Classic Predator Collectible Figure

Get this figure because so far it looks to be the coolest HT Predator. After you see the P1 movie you'll know why this new HT piece is a must have even though it's not a dead on sculpt to P1. As a huge P1 fan I want this guy real bad even though he is not P1. Go ahead and get it.

Yeah QC at these kind of prices is a must and its very off putting to new collectors who dont have the money for many to buy one and find bad QC. It could put me off buying HT!

Not really that worried as I said, Once posed that's where he's going to stay, And if it happens when I move him to put Shadow Pred in when I get one I'll just put some plastic wrap around the peg to make it a tighter fit. Won him at auction from evilbay from a seller in the UK btw for £175 plus £10 postage still sealed, Which I thought weren't a bad deal.

I havent had any issues with my head being loose, I have changed around the bios/mandibles quite a bit as well. Hmmm...

is there 2 sets of mandibles with the classic cant remember? i know the bio has the mouth piece glued in so it clips straight onto the face easier. I hope it does coz the berserker method is crap. im getting paint rub on the closed mandibles from pushing the bio on & off, gonna mod it like the classic

I don't get why ppl panic and sell the original one though as I still think it's good (better in some ways>medpack) It's not like it will be worthless in the future as its the original original

For me, it's a matter of shelf space and keeping my collection minimal. When I only own about six figures, I don't need two of them to be two takes on the same design.

i thought the same at one point, not needing 2 figures of the same chararcter but saying that im so glad i got regular & final battle scene john connor same chararcter but very different outfits

i think the classic is a tiny bit taller, i know someone put them side by side & back to back. as for quality difference i dont own a either so wouldnt know? But i'd imagine the newer classic will be a class above the older P1 with newer techniques & technology

Mine seemed a bit better yesterday when I opened it for the first time in weeks, but you could tell it was screwing out every time I turned the head. Maybe it's normal? I dunno...

If the head fell off my Classic every time I touched it, and I was sure I had it pushed in all the way, I would definitely request a replacement figure.

too right you would want a replacement, its such a focal point on the preds is the head & bio, you dont want to be afraid to touch it & for the price its unacceptable

Biggest difference between the P1 and Classic is bodies and head/bio.
I prefer the bigger head of the P1 but the body of the Classic.

I too have that head problem. If you turn the head to much it will come out. It seems like you have to treat it like a medicine bottle...push down to turn. Yeah about 3 or 4 turns left and right and then I'm pushing it down to stay. It's fine with me for now cuz I just put in a pose and leave him for display.
