I wouldn't get my hopes up, because like others I don't see Iminime doing the gurney. You never know though.

I actually think the straight jacket should be very doable, though.

I think the muzzle is a no-brainer, no matter what else. Did Denny suggest otherwise?

muzzle and blue jumpsuit are not part of the same look so it makes no sense.

If you go jumpsuit you have a fat smiley Anthony Hopkins in a blue jumpsuit and that's it. But it's getting a lot of support here because it's a 'screen accurate' look and people don't want to pay over 200 bucks for something better.

Blue suit is a better look. Why anyone would want to cover up 3/4 of the head sculpt with a mask for a millisecond scene makes no sense.

Even if its only a blue jumper suit and whatever, expecting it to be $200 is taking it too much... and I dont think price is what people are cribbing about. Its more about the image that lasted over the film.

The blue jumpsuit scene shows his restrained powerful intellect where even the law comes to consult him. No way you or anyone can call it less iconic. Rather Id say its even MORE lasting a memory of him than his few minutes on the trolley with the conversation with the senator.

And to answer some questions, yes the muzzle is also confirmed. Personally I wouldnt want to hide such a stellar sculpt under a muzzle...

You seem to be expecting a Hot Toys DX-level release here, with all the different looks from the film. But it's just not Denny's MO. So, there's gotta be a compromise. Not everyone is gonna be happy with it, but the compromise that makes most sense in the face of not getting the gurney seems to be a blue suit. If he gets the straight jacket, then the orange suit might make more sense for some (again, I think Denny should dye these as needed). Mask is an iconic accessory from the film, so I think it makes sense and belongs whether or not it ultimately goes with a perfectly screen accurate look, like Rainman with Doc's cup.

It's not strictly about screen accuracy Ray. A fat Hopkins in a blue jumper is a bit more than just that, it's LECTER!!!

This piece means a lot to me and I'm going willing to go way over $200 to have it done right and completely. But I'm sure not everyone is willing to go that far so that's why outfit options would work for most peoples budget. Blue and orange outfits sold separately are no brainers. I have a good feeling there will be a handful of us who want the gurney. I think everyone knows who we should sub that out to. I just hope he says yes.

Sam has a point about the different suits but I think the suits themselves are different so I'm not sure dying them is the answer. But Denny will have to implement some type of system to distribute them and not get stuck with excess. IDK if made to order is the way to go, or make your non exchangeable choice at PO...IDK something like that.

I think the opening scene with Lecter will always be his most iconic scene/look.

Frankly even in promotionals or anything... its always his chilling smile, no mask over it... think about it... in a glass detolf, he will actually look liked the caged insane intellectual he is... you can always ask someone like Rev or Mr. Ecko to make you a diorama of his cell.
I can tell you one thing, if initial sales look good, I dont think Denny will be avers to making expansion clothing for this guy.

But that gurney is a unlikely possibility IMO
