Looking pretty damn good although what's the deal with this? Is there a 2nd sculpt that will be offered too? That expression just doesn't fit anywhere for a figure Imo. It would work on a Dvd cover or poster but not in 1/6 scale. Great likeness though although I'd like something a little more film related and less publicity still.

Like the sculpt and expression... But still it angers me to think some of you are supporting the jumpsuit look. You dont need a full figure release for that just a head and some stupid GI joe jumpsuit off ebay. If you can't afford these things get out of the hobby... I have too much in my collection to half ass anything and do not want anything other than the most compelling iconic and utterly awesome look for one of my favorite characters. How can you not want the MUZZLE? To me that's like his second face.

Tell em why you mad Ray! I totally agree with this post 100% We are about to be offered a Rainman sculpted Lecter and were just gonna half ass it with a blue jumpsuit. I mean the mask is that iconic for Lecter to miss out on. We need the mask/straightjacket/orange jumpsuit combo! The gurney can wait if anything but lets do this right!

Looks great, and I do like the expression, as I think it suits the character perfectly. Much better than some bland, blank expression or even a crazed, wide-eyed expression.

Oh, and blue jumpsuit FTMFW

Honestly, I don't have strong feelings about the jumpsuit. If he doesn't come with straight jacket and the hand truck thing, then I'm probably just gonna get a head and bash my own figure anyway, since the mask only makes sense in a screen accuracy sense if he's wearing the whole getup. Just putting a generic prisoner's jumpsuit on isn't gonna satisfy folks much more than the blue one would IMO. At least with the blue one you have a screen accurate display option.

I'm ok with either suit but I do admit the muzzle and orange suit with the straight jacket is the better iconic look.

I think they should both be made and offered separately and maybe a package deal discount for those who want both (like they did with the Se7en set). So option 1, option 2 & combo. The camp is pretty split and if both were made, after the reveal I'm sure I won't be the only one stretching for both. So this satisfies everyone.

I highly doubt Iminime would do the gurney because they have too much on their plate right now to even get to Maximus. If there was enough interest, we should group up and see who we could pitch it to.

I really think it would work best if the jumpsuit was dyed to order. So, as Pop is suggesting, just not saying ahead of time "we're gonna make X blue and Y orange jumpsuits." Too hard to know how folks are gonna lean.

Yes the orange jumpsuit without the gurney, even the jacket muzzle etc. without the gurney is still half assing it. But the blue jumpsuit is like a quarter-assing it! It's all or nothing.
