If I remember correctly, I think there was talk about a wigged version. Is that still happening?

I really hope not. In retrospect, I wish they went sculpted for Black Widow. The real hair just doesn't keep well. I am concerned with the level of articulation here though.

I know it's a personal dream and probably won’t happen but I love the idea of making a bang/ponytail hair piece to go on the same sculpt and offer a street wear outfit.

The bangs were actually part of the reason I wanted to know if there were any alternate hair options. Thought the wigged hair might be an option to get the bangs, but your idea with an alternate sculpted hair piece would be cool as well.

Wigged hair can be too dolly for some I guess. For now, I don't mind it. My HT Babydoll looks pretty cool with dolly hair

Denny was initially planning on both sculpted and "real" hair for Ripley, and that figure wasn't as high profile as this one will be IMO. Might make sense to consider both as an option given different collector preferences, but that might mean an increase in price.

There will likely be options to choose from. The hair has been sculpted, but real hair is being explored.

Axe mentioned on Facebook that PVC hair like Avengers Thor has was being explored...don't know if that changed....but I wouldn't mind it being that....real hair is the reason i passed on Black Widow..just didnt look right to me

Im not sure about this... but my speculation is that when and if the Bride is done by denny's team it will likely look more like the custom hair mods done on the boards then Baby Doll or Black Widow. The main reason for that is because Babydoll and BW have injection molded vinyl heads that make hair implantation possible, whereas Iminime is working with Resin sculpts. Which means the hair will be 'applied' with glue which means two things likely.... they will look better, and be more expensive. hence why its being explored as an option.

Babydoll has like a separate "cap" piece attached to the sculpt, where the hair was implanted, like a wig. Thought maybe they could have simply done the same, even if the sculpt itself is resin. Can't remember if some hair was implanted at the edges of the actual Babydoll sculpt though, if so, then yeah, maybe not the way to go on a resin sculpt.

I will say that it works for a few characters; Babydoll & Selina are some of the rare few that pass IMO. Aside for a few exceptions, I definitely think that real hair feminizes a fig.

Widow wouldn't have been so bad but the production hair wasn't as good as the proto pics. They could've easily handeled her hair in the same way they did RE Alice.

Ideally THAT'S what I'd like to see. It gives a little more play and forgiveness for articulation.

This is being worked on. The accessories are still being finalized. So its going to be another couple of weeks i think.

The Bike Helmet and shoes are 3D designed and printed. Two outfits. Oren has her sword. Her japanese kimono is not easy either to make.
