The ES on this is waaaaaay too high, but Sideshow made up for it with the Patient Zero PF... seriously, only 100 :horror

Comparing The Dead line versus the Marvel line is kinda ridiculous as a makeup for high ES. One is probably the company's most popular license and the other is their own random zombie line. Many that ordered Patient Zero PF Ex did so just because of the ES. We'll see how that plays during these non-flipping times.

Personally, I don't see myself collecting a new line of Zombies just because of a low ES on the exclusives. Not with all the Marvel items to consider from Bowen as a great alternative to some of Sideshow's Marvel offerings.

Just cancelled him...

1. no glass door cabinet to fit him...he's not worth spending another $600 to find a custom cabinet to fit him.
2. rather spend the money on another Iron Man 1:1 bust for customization

If I can get it for $250.00 as Shai predicts, man I would have made out great!!

The 250$ price tag I predict is for the reg Edition....Still,the Ex will be wayyy lower on the bay than buying it from Sideshow

Make a statement to Sideshow about the ES.. Dont buy it.. Let em sit next to The Thing in thier warehouse... I'm offended by the ES.. I would have happily paid the 500 for a limited Item..

My statement came to them w/ a cancellation the secoind they annouced the ^^^^ty ES..

Exactly, as collectors, everyone should make a point by cancelling.

I think the collector inside most of us could have at least tried to rationalize the mark up under that excuse. Not at 350 ES though.

Exactly, at least, if it was more limited, you would have the after market value that would make your investment grow a bit....now, it will devalue.

Living in Canada, this would have cost me over $800 with shipping, brokerage fees and exchange rate(The Thor cost me over $700).I really like this piece but I had to cancel to see if I can get it cheaper down the road.

Ditto...This would have cost me 800$ too.

canceled mine too. the edition size does not justify the price at all. have fun trying to give these away sideshow

Personally, I think the ES is low for a Marvel product. I would have kept him if he was smaller in size to fit in my Besta cabinet line.

Oh well...some wait-lister should be happy once they are converted to actual order.

The only way I would have consider this to be a low ES is if it was a different paint job with some kind of change-o-head. It would have to be THAT different from the regular version.

This is just an expensive fire hydrant.

Yeah, I can see when you pay 500+ the ES should not be a TBD thing. Look at all the people canceling. PDES from here on out SS. As long as the EX is some crappy thing like a change of hand.

After acquiring the Thing EX and Thor PF for Christmas, I was ecstatic after seeing the preview/teaser for Abom so soon. Seeing the price quickly changed my mind. On the other hand, if I had the Hulk this would be a no-brainer. I am sure that is what SS thought too.

That's the same problem I have. I use Bestas for most of my Sideshow stuff.
