You'd be surprised how much trickery is done both with stunt double and digital editing in post to make the females and males look more tasteful on the movie screen.

Yep, there are hand doubles, quick shots of the back of the head for photo doubles, etc. Bunch of little tactics and things to save money here and there. Photo doubles make less than stunt doubles.

That's probably because the movie ones you have mentioned are 1/2 scale. That'd be rather expensive to add another portrait.
