That's you're opinion man, I'm not a fan boy of either company but I can say that I like Prime 1's McFarlane head better to my liking.

finally decided to put in my order for this beast w/ $140 in RP's . Don't care about the seam and to me, it's the best Venom bang for your buck. I could get the SS one with this and it'd still be less than the XM right now

Maybe I'm alone on this, but I still think the definitive Venom statue has yet to be made by any company.

if the XM Venom was around the same price, I'd give a SLIGHT edge to the XM only for the Mcfarlane head alone. No way in hell is he 2x as good as the Prime to me.

Well, if your a huge fan of the character, I don't see the point of waiting forever . If it's a quality piece of the character I love, I want it in my collection. If I feel something better comes along, I have enjoyed what I had and move on to the better piece. I had the Venom comi, really liked it, but moved on from it.
