Prometheus was one of those movies that should have been great but the script was just ****. I like the scale/scope of the film as far as the acting and look of the film, but the god damn script was awful.
I still might entertain seeing this, but my expectations are not high.

I just heard Pee Wee Herman is up for the lead Villan role!
Man, I could do this all day (but won't) - and for the record, Paul Reubens is a helluva an actor. Its sad that a little touchy-self touchy set his career so far back for so long. sigh

That's how sad this film has become. I can say "Will Ferrell has been added to the cast" and people really DON'T know if that's true or not.

I'm puzzled why Scott is directing this and not Blade Runner 2 which is supposed to have a great script.
Doubley surprised after the triumph of The Martian he would bother to do this..unless Fox backed up the dumptruck full of $$$$

...and Paul Reiser was a comedian who was in Aliens. Sheesh people want to jump on this thing before it's out. It's called having an open mind. I'm willing to give Ridley Scott the benefit of the doubt on this. I HOPE it's good. If it's not, I still have Alien 1-3 and I don't hate Prometheus. Is it great? No, but with a new script writer on board, I think the next film could be better.
