PC? Who cares

I do! haha

Freak Zombie, dont mind them too much. Some folks around here are a bit too sensitive about all things pc if you ask me.You didn't say anything wrong imo. To some, just saying that you prefer pc is the same as saying that you're a "pc elitist". Tough crowd at times.

Ah, thanks for the support. I was quite puzzled by the reaction. I was just stating why I'm only going for the ps4 for now. I guess its better to lie about that reason than to mention the word pc huh?:rotfl

This is a Xbox or PS thread. I could see if this was an XBox vs PC vs PS thread. Jumping in and starting the whole PC is better has just worn thin with a lot of people to the point they don't want to hear it at all. That's why people react the way they do.

I can't agree more but I was just trying to state my preference. I stuck to the original question, which would I choose? Xbox or the ps4, I chose ps4 cause for now for its exclusives and the only exclusive I want on the xbone is the on the pc too.

lol, sorry if I wasn't being clear and/of for using the word PC in this thread. Guess I could have said, I am not buying the xbox one because the only game on it that I want to play is available on another platform. My bad!

PC FTW!!!... I have a tough time holding off on launch consoles as well but I think I have enough PS3, 360 and PC games to hold me off a few months.

I only use my PC for PC exclusives! the only time I would by a PC version of a console game is if I feel that the game is worth buying off Steam so I can replay it in the future without unboxing the old console as years goes by.

I am getting both PS4 and Xbox 1 on release day, but having a hard time deciding which console I will main. I feel like its leaning toward the Xbox 1 because last gen console war I liked the 360 controller much better than the PS3 controller plus the online and interface was much better. Another side of me is telling me to side with the PS4 because it will have a slight advantage in graphics, but the other says that slight graphics shouldn't be enough to just be on the PS4 side. I just feel like that impact Microsoft did at E3 is still in me is why I am very scared to have the Xbox 1 as a main console and leaving the PS4 just for exclusive. I hope Microsoft don't try to pull something stupid after the console is released. They should have learned from E3 anyways.

in the end both systems are awesome don't understand why all the ps4 terds have to talk **** on the xboxone for. I had ps4 preordered but canceled cause i can't afford both at launch but will def get a ps4 in late spring or summer prob summer Ill be playing titan fall in the spring.

Yeah, I have both systems on Day 1 preorder but I think I'll be keeping my xbox. The PS3 was also more powerful than the 360 but power never mattered to me in my the deciding factor. I'm keeping my 360 based on upcoming games and I just think the MS controller is perfection.

I agree the dual shock 4 looks improved over the 3 but nothing beats xbox controllers especially for fps its all about the stick placement and microsoft does it the best. Till this day I don't understand why sony won't move there sticks to be like the xbox controller I hate how sony has them side bye side.

I was just thinking I pray that everything goes good for all of us day 1 no matter if you have a ps4 or a xbox one I hope we have no issues such as hardware failures and such. Supposebly theres rumors going around that both systems were rushed. I really hope this isn't true id be pissed after spending 400 or 500 and your system takes a dump day 1 but thats the chance we take being early adopters of technology.

Probably moreso with the Xbox One than the PS4. The GPU did get a speed increase, after all, approximately 1 month before it's release date.

I think since both consoles are rather large (especially the Xbox One) and that since the tech isn't so experimental that they should be more reliable than before.

Actually, I think the PS4 is slightly smaller than the PS3.
There's a video comparing them side-by-side.

I'm waiting for the 3 yr from now version of PS4 that sells for $250 with game. Funny how everyone says buy now, but think about it; if everyone didnt buy day 1 & waited. SONY might give the incentive to lower price just months after release. :lol Cause 1. Stores buy to sell, if overstocked SALE! :lol

Well after working with both systems for a year I am town. On one hand this generation I was all about Xbox Live. 50k nerd points and over 120 games.

But I really hate the changes that they made to the new One controller. The face buttons feel squishy, the triggers were moved, the angle the controller now sits in your hand just feels wrong. The controller itself feels really cheap.

I also hate the One's UI. To be fair its not final but I don't like it at all.

Now the PS3 which I have only used as a blu ray player and I own like 4 games.

The Ps4's controller is a lot heavier, the analog sticks have been updated, the sloppy dead zone is gone, the response is nice and tight, the UI is the same Sony UI that is shared with the Vita and Ps3.

I know in time I will have both, but the question is which will be the primary?

My brain is leaning towards the PS4 but my heart is leaning towards the One. Its all going to come down to what most of my friends pick up, and the online service.

I just looked too. Who the hell are all these people? They sure dont participate in any of the actual conversations.

Hmm...I didn't know that I wasn't allowed to vote in this thread, since I didin't participate in any of the actual conversations. That's news to me.
