Statue Queen Studios: The Dark Knight - Ledger Joker 1:4 (2021)

I’m not so much a statue guy, but I’m following this closely in anticipation of the 1/6 versions that many of us have on preorder. Unfortunately, I think if we see that level of paint quality on the 1/6 versions, they won’t be in the 1/6 business for long. Hoping it improves.

I will say this,even photos are not going to pick up on some of the paint subtleties,there's something about seeing a piece in person that really gives you the full effect.
I really believe that whomever has this on order should hold onto it,it has a really great presence,it's a great size,and tbh nothing out there mass produced touches it,glad you guys enjoyed the pics,and for everyone here getting him,congrats he's definitely worth it.

congrats bud. It's not prototype quality but still not as bad as I thought. Head actually looks Assuming you ordered from Sugo? It's crazy that Sugo have already got their batch but I'm still waiting for mine ordered from an Asian retailer that normally gets their stock well before anyone else.

I think based on pics I still prefer JND Joker overall, but this looks nice too. Just not sure I still want it for the price. I'm still bothered by the PVC limbs and the fact that Viper didn't paint it. Annoys me considering the price.

Thanks man,when it comes to 99% of statues nothing is prototype,I knew they were going to do a good job when I started seeing production pics so that put my mind at ease,keep your PO Yuri, guarantee you won't regret it.
Yeah I ordered from Sugo,not sure why they got there's in when they did,sux you're still waiting mate,shouldn't be too much longer I suspect.
Agreed that QS should have been more transparent in the way they marketed it,but once in hand alot of that just flys out the window (for me anyway)

The prototype's paint and hair looked like a maquette of Heath Ledger... that's why I pre-orderd... terribly misleading.

I'm really getting bummed out here. It even hurts Viper's name, IMO. He's having his underlings do all of the work and IT SHOWS. It's looking like Queen Studios massively dropped the ball on this one... damn.

100% agreed. I showed protoype vs production pictures to a friend who isnt in the hobby and they were blown away by how extreme the downgrade was. They said I'm usually nitpicky about things they can't even notice but this is drastic

I've been watching the trends of the three manufacturers over the past year, and in any case, this statue is arguably the best Ledger Joker mass production at the moment.
Especially the portraits of the actors are much better and better than JND and P1.

Been wondering if the upper body clothes can be taken off easily. Was thinking of getting the left arm modded.

: ) I couldn't say, I tried not to fiddle with it too much - especially after inserting the overcoat lapel on his left hand. I'm not sure whether his arm is easy to remove or not, but the clothes sure feel nice.
