Have they claimed to improve the materials they have used since, like with Leonidas?

I don't think I would try to be refunded. I only paid like 70 bucks for him. Probably be less trouble to just do a body swap. After 5 years I'm not mad. Just disappointed. He has been in a temperature and light controlled environment. I didn't use any chemicals on him to treat the body, and I never posed him. Dust may have been a factor, but I did keep up with that. Maybe that's a good starting point to find a common factor?

Hey Balboa Longtime no see, buddy.

Yo! Voorhees! long time. I don't post often because I mostly collect Rocky and there hasn't been anything Rocky produced in almost three years. What's the story with future Rocky collectibles? You think well ever see Hot Toys do anymore Rocky figs? The only thing Rocky that's suppose to come is a Rocky IV statue from Maga.

I wish HT would do Rocky I and II figs. I was always holding on to hope for a Rocky I in the red and gold robe, with the meat packing plant sign on the back of the Robe, Rocky 1 traning gear and Rocky I street gear, Rocky II battle Damaged would finish off my collection. Looks like it's over, they seem to be more interested in current films like Iron Man and Dark Knight. The fact that HT never even produced a Rambo IV fig pretty much means there done with Stallone figs, if they were going to do Expendables figs I think they would have been up for preorder by now.

I hear ya man, its be a LONG while since we've seen anything. The only thing we're holding onto is an old toy magazine ad (Asian) that made mention of HT's DX plans. Rocky and Rambo were both mentioned in that article. Other than that ........... nothing.

I too REALLY want something/anything from Rocky and Rocky II. For Rambo, part IV is all thats missing. We need more Rocky imo and especially after knowing how well Yulli can do Stallone it would be a win win.

There is no doubt that most "Rocky" fans here are more fans of the original than any of the other sequels.

I appreciate what Hot Toys did with Rocky, but I just don't understand how they skipped the first two films and went straight to Rocky III and IV, makes zero since, they did do Apollo, but was that Apollo from Rocky I or IV? The best figs would have been from the first two films. Those figs that I mentioned would have all sold out in preorder, especially a Rocky 1 street gear in black leather jacket and iconic hat.

Atleast you'll have a chance to get the HC Rambo IV statue to have something from that film. I bought the first 1/6 statue from Rambo IV, It's not a great statue, and the paint job is nothing to write home about, but at $150 it's very good. I think the days of $150 collectibles are numbered, I think in the next year all 1/6 figs and statues are all going to be $250+. Glad I got all my Rocky and Rambo figs for around $80 - $90 Those where the good old days, or was that just three years ago
