RAH Sandtrooper

I love my BHSTs. I have 2 regulars and 2 BHST to go with my Medicom Vader. I need 2 Sandtroopers, but that ain't happening. I'll have to wait until another import shop lists them for sale, I guess.

I have the ROTS Vader and I like it. The hands suck on it but the rest is cool and then I also have the BHST. That piece is freaking awesome. I'm gonna be doing a review on it for Sandtroopers because it's so cool.

Love my BHS, it also seems that it's upgraded somehow, the bodysuit is different allows for better movement, and the pauldrons hang from an elastic fabric that won't tear easily compared to the very thin leathery ones on the Stormy.

Thats great! That was the big negative on the regular ones, the shoulder bells. I can't wait to have a full Medicom Imperial Army. What troops you think next? I'm going Imperial Guards, due to the VCD's. I only have 1 Stormy, but I know I'd get 2 IMperial Guards, they're my fav. troops.

Is it me or did anyone else notice that the RAH Sandtropper's blaster looks very similar to the RAH Jin Roh's weapon -- except in black.

Well yeah, they're both MG-34s, just like on the Koto, GG, Attakus, and Marmit sandtroopers.

I haven't really seen an accurate DLT-19, it's easier for the modelers to get an MG-34 from other suppliers like Dragon or DiD (or whomever), than having to build a new sculpt that combines the MG-34 with the "windshield wipers" and a plate covering the feed lips of the weapon.

Any of you guys have the Blackhole Trooper? I might go ahead and buy one, i just want to see what you guys thought.

I got this piece last week and it's a great figure, it can also be had for a nice price over on SWS.

is it really worth the preorder? starwars.com has both the Stormtrooper and Darktrooper cheap... don't get me wrong, I WANT THE SANDTROOPER... but its not like it will be hard to come by later...

It's an exclusive so it'll probably only be available on EBay later on, I'd say it's as worth the preorder as anything else.
