yeah i dont know if ill be in for torrance--kind of dont think so--but i know it will make a lot of boardies happy and i'll watch the release anyway out of love for the man's work. plus, after bickle, my wallet needs the break, so i wont mind the rest in the least.

hey ed. mad max would be cool. not sure what i'd do then, though i might have to pass. have some stuff in the pipeline that will be going towards finishing up some customs already in the collection. plus i have the rest of the Drive custom to pay off soon.

Has bbk ill made the Craig sculpts available? I thought everything was still on hold?

I got the IDM Lone Ranger and I can tell you first hand that this is a top notch figure.

I kind of think Rainman should hold off on Mad Max. Part of the reason is because IDM is doing it and by the looks so far it is shaping up really nicely, comes fully loaded and will likely be cheaper than a Rainman release. The render for bbkill's sculpt looks completely dead on, and given Rainman's recent likeness history I would be worried about him nailing it to that level. Also, I think the tailoring doesn't lend itself as well to Yunsil's strengths - it is more weathered rags than the finely tailored outfits of past Rainman releases. On top of all of that, I find that it is a figure that needs to be weathered head to toe - including the body - which hurts the applicability of outfit sets. It would be FS or extensive customization - a completely clean Max in dirty clothes would look weird.

Of course, maybe Rainman could completely nail it to, he is clearly talented enough.
