Oh don't get me wrong mate I completely agree on that.

It's all good man my intention was not to question Rainmans motivation or work ethic we all know he pours his heart and soul into every release but it's like anything else in life the results are always better if you have a genuine interest or enthusiasm for the thing your doing/creating whether that be a job or a piece of art.

Let's just hope the man is a huge Taxi Driver fan

One thing I don't care for with some of these releases is not knowing what you're really getting when pre-order time comes. Happened with Vince and it's apparently happened here, as it seems full sets are now getting two exclusive accessories. Had I known that in time, I might have gone for one instead of a head/outfit set, but now the VIPs are sold out. I guess the best bet really is to pre-order and hold off paying, since I guess this is becoming the norm, but I don't want to commit like that if I don't plan on really buying. If the accessory happens, then it would be nice if Rainman could move one of those accessories to head/outfit sets as well so the fullsets don't have quite as much of an advantage.

I love the Jules figure. That is great work on one of my favorite characters. Hilarious! Maybe one day I'll be able to put out $1700 for a set with Vincent. in the meantime I found an awesome head by Snyderman to start a bash. I just miss not getting those awesome accessories!

I didn't even preview this. I just rattled it off, hit submit and bounced. Had no idea it turned out to be that long till now!

I know Pop has been sitting on that post all day!

I still see no problems with the dork clothes. I understand what the goal is. A seamless, jointless figure. But we cant do that on every release. Its the nature of the beast. So since Rainman said the breifcase couldn't be done. I'm curious to what items we really had left for Vince and Jules. Not much. These guys are light on the accessories movie wise. I think Rainman did a great job. And he will wow all the naysayers once Jules is in hand. I believe in him. I know alot of you do as well. So lets see what comes about. Its out of our hands now!

My ideal set up?

VINCENT: watch, gun, book (binded properly and done at his full potential; what we got was not), brief case. Book still could have been the FS item.

JULES: ring, watch, gun, bad mofo, BK drink and 1/4 eaten burger. BK stuff for the FS items.

Dork clothes sold separately and WITH sandals. $85 for Vince, $105-$110 for Jules (because of the chain)

Also if there was more time to talk about the body he could have got better advise. He jumped in bed with those EB bodies in a heartbeat and it's all due to rushing. If there was more time we could have talked about it more, more research could have been done and a better decision could have been made.

Jules: chain, bracelet, ring, tshirt, shorts, sandals

After thinking about the EB body issues, I think I'm going to just put Jules on a TTM22...the skin aint showing anyways...just need to make Jules a teeny taller...whats the actual height difference for real - like roughly 2 inches?

That's what I'm thinking but with the TTM21. I have an Agent J... and the guy will definitely tower over Vincent. Hopefully the pants won't look too long on the shorter legs.

2cm and much thinner. Also as far as height goes, Samual L. Is like 6'2"" I think.

yah hence TTM22 with some minor height mod.. the EB body is pretty muscular imo, looking at the FS pictures---he looks like a tank. I also want to make sure that the suit is as "flat" / not wrinkled looking as possible.

Im not worried about the fig being too thin....you might have misread. Maybe the 21 is fine but will see if need to use 22 to make jules look thinner

No worries bud. Full sets go on sale May 20th at 8:00. If I remember correctly, that's central time... but please someone correct me ASAP if I'm wrong!!!

I believe H&C sets will then go on sale later that week... and then painted heads?
