Now were concentrating on the "Good":yess: The shorts are amazing as is everything else. I actually chuckled when I saw the shorts the first time!

The pic Rainman took of Jules tucking the gun in his beach shorts! PRICELESS!!! :hi5:

Sculpt wise I think the cheekbones could use some tweeking as well

Are the knockoff AA narrow shoulder bodies going to work for this? I suppose we can always use longer ankle pegs for height. The EB bodies are are to find unless you buy the full agent J figure.

Hmmmm.

Okay, just because I'm concerned with the health of
all the boardies, I'm going to come out and say it...........

I think we may have some schizophrenic's on here and/or multiple personality disorders...:rotfl

So if you reply to someones post, make sure you
preface it with: who are we talking to now?

:rotfl:lol:rotfl:lol:rotfl

I do think there's a lot of drama queens around here. I may be quick to be vocal and offer criticism always but I'm always honest. I can't help it either I'm an art director so therefor i cant help directing art! But people like me have jobs to help things look and prefer better serve client needs, sell product and be ultimately successful endeavors.

I criticize hard but I try to do it mostly with respect and I also praise hard too the truth is that everything always can be better you draw a line only with time or cost or subjectivity but everything always has room for improvement even with the utmost of excellence which rainman products usually are.

That being said, I think all of us here conducted the voicing of our concerns with the utmost respect I know how rainman can feel down I've been there many times showing your work is putting your soul out there for the world but for the most part I don't think there's been any real disrespect here.

These things are not cheap you pay for the hand made element which is why we all justify the cost wel love and respect rainmans craft but we are still the client and ultimately you always aim to serve the client as that's what brings the business in and keeps it flowing.

I'm glad to see a handful of others arguing on the side of Rainman's artistic freedom for once. Folks want to have it both ways, saying he is an artist and they value the art, but only on the buyer's terms since he's also running a business and charging high prices. Problem is, those two things aren't always reconcilable. If you are acting based on customers' demands then you are necessarily losing some of the creative spark that you would otherwise pour into something. And I know that at certain points the artist side of Rainman gets really fed up with all the second guessing and criticism that goes on.

But of course the VIP allotment sold out quickly despite all the complaints. All the full sets, head/outfit sets, and heads will also sell out very quickly as usual. So it looks like whatever Rainman chooses to do is still good enough for most, and if I were in his shoes I would treat the complaints as little more than empty bluster. If folks really aren't happy, put your money where your mouth is.

I am out :(

My FS Vincent is up in the for sale thread at a bargain price.

Looks like I might have snagged the last VIP slot then :)

By the way...I have the EB AA body and it is literally one of the worst bodies I have owned...wobbly knee, bad articulation on the arms, etc. The foot pegs are different from the HT TTMs as well...going to suck hard when I get the H+C...

I'm still mulling this one over not sure what I am doing yet lol. The news that the sculpt will be tweaked, BK drink included and the awesome Robbiethepainter doing the case at some point has def got me leaning towards picking this guy up as opposed to passing.

I'm looking forward to seeing the revisions to the sculpt I'm sure RM can fix it up :). I still feel what I said earlier has some relevance RM needs to do a figure he truly wants to do and he needs to do it his way :). I am truly hoping Bickle is that figure

I forget....when do the painted heads go up on the site?

Was it a week or 2 weeks, can't remember.
