I'm all for the push for high quality for this price point but I think before everyone keeps pushing for the 21 they should take the 10-15 minutes and watch the beginning of the movie again; from Jungle Boogie in the car to the end of Bret's apartment. Do that and really study Jules. Compare him to Vince. The clothes tailored to fit a 21 a bit loosely (as Jules wears it) is a mistake my friends....

Jules should be on the narrow of course. The advanced is too big and slim too small. Other than getting an AA KO I'm surprised there's any discussion.

:lecture Thank you.

Believe me the words KO TT make me cringe. I would never even dream of this if there were higher quality bodies that were accessible on the market and that respected Jules physique better. We saw on Plainview that the V2 wasn’t horrendous like the V1’s were. I’d be willing to take that small step backwards in quality if that’s what helps nail his physique and the way the suit is tailored.

I think the body is important for Jules. Best recent example is Pee Wee. He had a body that wasn't best for the character (narrow shoulder instead of the slim), and he looks awkward, body-wise, because of it. And when the outfit is tailored to that body, it's a real problem.

Exactly brother. Pee Wee is a great figure but probably would've been better off on a slim. Anton is phenomenal but could've used more padding in the legs, and upper body. Once the clothes are tailor made there's no going back in the other direction.

Before, the plastic neck of RM's custom chest piece showing was all good and Bill's unsculpted forearms poping out of his shirt was acceptable. As the hobby evolves (and RM's prices go up) I think that these things could use attention. I hope that fat suits (like iminime Skipper or Lecter) and body variations can start to be part of the practice.

As far as Jules body goes, the old narrow is definitely the way to go. The slim is more for shorter, skinnier guys like Pee Wee & Mc Fly. The narrow comes across very skinny too when it dressed up and unpadded. That's probably why the "Regular" (old Advanced) body is the new middle of the road and the Narrow got axed.

Rainman have been using padded fat suit on the Ugly and also the Dude. Even before iminime existed.

HT TT Narrow body can still be found plenty, what do you mean by narrow got axed? I'm all for the right proportions, but lets not forget, Jules may look skinny, but he still got huge bones. For example, on screen Michael Jackson may look skinny and thin, might be even skinnier than Bruce Lee. But if they were to stand next to one another in real life, MJ would tower Lee no doubt.

I mean the "Advanced" (TTM20) is now an Arnie body, the "Regular" (TTM21) is what used to be called the Advanced (15/16) and the Slim stayed the same for the little guy.

The point is the 15 & 16 was supposed to be a buffer alternative to the 18 which was their "regular" build. They axed the 18 and now they are using the old advanced as the " average build". Why? Because the narrow is skinny

That's right, I forgot about Dude's suit; I wasn't aware that Tuco had one too. Even more reason that Anton should've had one then. He's done this before.

Jules does come across wide from shoulder to shoulder in his suit in the beginning scenes. He also is so thin that he could disappear if he turns to the side :lol

I have a sheriff Rick Grimes (Kato's outfit) on an 18 and it reminds me exactly of Jules' build. Wide from shoulder to shoulder but thin throughout.

My first choice would be a narrow with AA hands. But if not available, I'm not sure about TTM21 (advanced) vs AA KO TT, which is a tough call. I imagine he's still focused on Vincent but has Rainman confirmed the cut and fabric of the Jules suit will be different?

They are not axing the narrow shoulders body, if that's what you are thinking. HT will revisit it every now and then so long as theres a market for it, and it has 3 runs so far (the TTM 08 for the joker cop, TTM 14 Gambit, and TTM 18 Scofield). I'm pretty sure they will be doing a run of those again as soon as they are done with TTM 20-22.

If you noticed, Ugly and Dude kinda have a pot belly going on, while Anton wasnt ripped, but wasn't that fat either. I can see why he didn't include any for Anton.
