Thanks guys... i'm really looking forward to it! that 5 mins feels like my heart is going to pops out!.. My cart was emptied like 7-8 times.. but i was lucky landed one at the end!.

This is what worries me, how can cart get empty over and over and then still get one. My cart got empty like 9 times and i moved to seprates . Grrrrr... Anyways enjoy! ...

Also, yes you are correct. Same tailor, same painter for head, clothing, and h+c sets

Yeah but its like a hot toys a month, 4 odd iminime's last 4 months (nov orders) and then one rainman last nov... So its a huge spend on these which i am massively cutting down this year... Thats why i dint even try for a dx or full, not like i wld get one...

It happens when you first jump in, you wanna get everything, go for the exclusivity, and then one day you realize what the hell am i doing, and you start selling and cutting back. It's a phase! Haha!

Fair enough, these things are rare pieces of art - so price is justified (clearly as seen by how fast they sell at these prices). Just have to make sure you can afford one, don't buy it and go broke over a collectible

U are right brother, my problem is that the price range we are dealing with i kinda have zero tolerance for imperfections. Especially in headsculpt. Each figure is a monthly installment on a Benz... But yes his bill looks class apart...

So one question i think (if my order gets confirmed) i got a separate head sculpt and separate clothing.., so is my assumption correct when i say that the clothing is by same tailors and the head sculpt (even the loose one that i got) will be aeon or is there a 3rd painter etc.

Varieka has your answers; Aeon paints all panted heads outside of the full sets and the same tailor makes all of the clothes.

I grabbed an unpainted sculpt and a clothes (only) set that I'm splitting with someone

Looks like someone bought those Jules sets tonight, as well.

Maybe he just took them down? They both went sold out very shortly before the Bill Outfit set went up.

My cart got emptied a ton too, but I just stayed persistent until it finally went through. I would def say this was easier than going after full set however that was my first time trying to order a RM custom so I too that as a learning experience.

Whoops u confuse me, so clothes only also has knives, belt etc right? ..i just woke up from my sleep and almost fell of my bed reading clothes only... Because thats what i bought (order still pending) and also a head sculpt...

You get the knife kit also, so basically you got a head and clothes set, you were just smart enough to buy them separately. Your head is painted by Aeon , so you get RM's head sculpt and someone else does the tailoring and paint application, including the knife set

Yeah, but i was not smart or something with the separates... I personally that way am very rule centric, i hated to even pay 20 bucks more for the same darn thing. This is what i told my wife...

2 people with same grade, same budget, same everything etc go to study at a college and enroll at same milli second and somehow one of them has a cart jack.

Both are enrolled for the same course, but one because of cart jack has to pay more tuition and get the same stuff, but guess what one comes out with a degree and one just studies and no degree for him... In this case i am partial degree...

Thankfully i dont care about the degree... But seems cookooish to me...its worse than the walmart thanksgiving gate crash.... I never went for that and i am wondering what i am doing here... I like the iminime process much better (i know he cant do that, but well.. I just dont like this process)

I got what i needed (but am still upset for everyone who dint) cause being in IT and more in corporate branding, i am sure that no matter what my organizations "niche" capabilities are, i wont make the customers go through something like this. But hey, i guess it works for him.... I wont chase every release of his like this, there was more curiosity on how things roll than actual craziness...

Having a VIP membership with 60 members does seem kind of pointless. With something popular like this, all it really rewards are VIP folks lucky enough to be awake and not dealing with work, family, etc. at the random time that they go up. Maybe he should change it to only those who spent, say, $5K or whatever.

I agree with this, a simple email to VIP members giving date and time of the VIP preorder would help solve this problem. He can do this for the payment confirmation, so it should be similar. It should be recognized that there are way more VIPs now than there are VIP sets, so while it is nice to have specific VIP inventory, it's goofy that it is just luck of being online at the time the VIP orders go live to get one. Of course his sets will sell out either way so there is little incentive to change, but me being a VIP, I can't help but feel irritated that I didn't get a notice when the VIP sets would go live.
