They have been sold out on the site from what I have seen since pre order, unless someone sells you theirs when they get it.
I think the grace period for payments due has expired, so they are no longer available.

I talked to rainman on Facebook Thursday night he said he had 2 sets not paid for he was going to release that night and I fell asleep when I woke up at 3:00am he messaged me back saying they both went up so I missed them but Lee was nice enough to let me know wish I hadn't fell asleep but pretty nice of him either way to let me know but now he says all are sold and paid for
