That's a H+C set with aeon painted headsculpt and even thats selling for $2500! I don't even want to speculate how that sale just upped the value of the complete Rainman fullset editions.

Nowadays it's all about completing the set though. Rainman V1 Fullset original and V2 DX together on one shelf.

I sent him a message, I have a feeling 1. he ended the auction 2. it is a SSF member 3. he was just testing the waters on price 4. he doesn't want to sell it I might be wrong maybe he did sell it. I will see if he answers my message

I think the real deal breaker will be the clothes, we know the sculpt is beautiful and Robbiethepainter can produce awesome accessories but will the craftsmanship on the clothing match up to the high quality of the things mentioned. BTW if anyone is selling a RM H&C brawler I would gladly buy one lol, hit me up geeeeeee funks

The quality of the clothes should be the least of your worries. They'll be legit especially with all the point of reference they will probably use from Yunsil's work.
$1100 dollars though for somthing that with all do respect won't be in the same league quality wise shows how committed collectors are to this character.

Hey Turbo I saw your Youtube video on Wonka, that's a nice looking figure and nice set up. Cool to see others are real peeps and enjoy this hobby. Yeah I understand about the Bill ( new one) tbh I would rather own the original but seeing that's out of grasps I am going to try and get the new one. I like the character and would love to have a piece that was not only awesome to look at but also will appreciate in value like the RM. I think this new one depending on the outcome might even drive up the interest for the original, everyone wants the first edition in life its natural. The ones like yourself that ere fortunate enough to own the original truly have a great work of beautiful art, but also in life ( resentfully I say) its out with the old and in with the new.

I'd hate to think that anyone would even blink at $2500 for a fullset. I will say this though, a h+c set selling for $2500 just upped the asking price by $2500 for a complete Fullset version in my estimation. Y'all naysayers can say what you want but I'm rolling with it and the best part about it is even with a $2500 boost I still wouldn't bat an eye at selling. Rainman Bill is the TRUTH.

That figure is long gone. Didn't really flow with my theme of characters but I did enjoy the oompa. It went to a collector that would appreciate it more than I did at the time. Great art piece, but like you said out with the old in with the new. Except for Bill....Bill stays! but then again I'm proud to say with the exception of Wonka every Rainman piece I have thus far has stayed. Still got em' still gettin' em'

I hear ya man. How do you collect though? Some collectors are happy with a good representation of a character, some want the original stuff etc. At the end of the day we all gotta start somewhere with collecting, find ourselves just a step behind catching the latest and greatest. There's always somthing new and worthwhile on the horizon though.
