Just got Home from Work. Alot has gone on here since yesterday! I am Blown away by the Entire set. Like others have said, Danny needs a little more work, which im sure Lee will fix. I am Torn! I was locked in a Dx set. That has changed to Jack and Twins, and i might change again.

So, not to change the subject, but why would there be VIP ordering in advance when everyone has an equal opportunity on Saturday to make their purchases? I'm already a VIP, but just curious if some are anxiuosly sitting by their computers today.

I feel terrible saying this but Danny needs a complete redo. It doesn't look like Danny in size or likeness. I keep pressing this because I really want to get it all. Danny needs to shine.

I know it doesn't matter much cause the ordering will be in a 24 hour time frame. But does anyone know if it's still the usual central time zone for start time?

Also curious: I wonder about what the dimensions will be on those bases. If they are all sized to the twin base they may be tough to fit in a Detolf.

Regardless, it looks like I am Jack only, barring a last second super-sale to free up funds for the rest.

I'm more talking about the realm that the Danny figure is coming out to $850. Just cause Robbie says the trike is $400 don't go assuming things. Ever think that's Rainmans cost? He has to paint it, number it and add a base before Danny even in the picture. Think about that before whining that the Danny figure costs more than Jack. No, it doesn't.

I HIGHLY doubt that Rainman is price gouging for Danny. It is much more likely that the figure is incurring costs that we as consumers did not anticipate. As stated previously, a smaller figure does not mean a cheaper figure.

I think no one is criticizing anyone - all it dissects to is that full set is 700ish, Danny and trike are 1250 ish and twins are 790 ish - that's the reality! So whichever way we look that does not change. Now, if mentioning that is disrespectful and warrants criticism than every business in the world would shut down due to abundant and excessive "assumed criticism" .

- when an artists puts a $ amount to his art both his art and the price will be subject to analysis, appreciation, overflow of love and emotions, disappointment, lack of interest, , excessive interest, passion, sometimes lack of passion, at times subject to humor and sometimes subject to downright criticism.

- true and mature artists which am sure Lee is will love their fans equally and will truly understand that humor and passion go hand in hand cause this is life! and they will also understand:

1) that some of us have health problems and yet buy these
2) some of us have kids education to take care of but still saving up for these
3) some of us will sacrifice and cut corners and drive beaters but still buy these
4) some of us have new born whose delivery costs were lower than this dx set but we will save up and buy these
6) some of us have very patient family members who care two hoots for these, and whether forum members like it or not they laugh at us and the prices but will still support us and mature that they are they will in turn sacrifice for us and the artists - why? Cause we love these artists!

If any artist can't understand that and can't take few punches on the price - then honestly I am shocked! Cause we are taking a punch daily to come up with money for that h and c or that head sculpt, or that garment, that dx set, Or super super dx set! Why? Cause we love these artists - but pls don't expect a blind eye towards the prices!
