Depends on whether you are talking about a Rainman "full set" or a "head and outfit" set. The former is always worth more than the latter. Bill full set is probably worth well over $1K at this point, but Anton was just released, so I would expect him to be worth roughly what he first cost (around $800). You can find them if you look around enough, but you may have to pay a hefty sum.

You can probably pick Anton up at almost cost ($850-$900) but the Butcher was recently sold for about $2500 I think.

I'd prefer the Rainman full sets as sometimes may be a headache to get all the parts to complete the entire outfit, but I would be happy to get at least the Rainman eagle eye head

His head/outfit sets come with everything you need to put the figure together except for the actual body and a "special" full set accessory (1:1 scale eye for Bill, little transponder device for Anton). Most of them available on the secondary market will be put together prior to your buying. You might get different bodies, and they will have different paintwork since Rainman only paints his full and DX sets, and outsources painting of the head/outfit sets.

All of the full sets have an extra accessory but they're not all 1:1. The Butcher is the only one that had a 1:1 extra. The majority of them are 1/6 accessories for the fig like Doc's cup & Wonka's Gobstopper.

I guess it really depends on what level of quality and accuracy your shooting for but RM's outfits for most of his figs aren’t very simple bashes. As far as scoring something official, the outfit sets are hard to find since he only makes 10 per release and it's going to VERY hard to find parted out pieces. It'll be easier to find a full work up (either full set or head & clothes

But you’re looking to build a Butcher at a really good time. People were having trouble finding the right parts for a while so a couple talented Freaks came to the rescue. Robbie made the hat and shoes (I think that's on hold for a minute) and Moe is making the coat. Comtech showed how to make the sash in the "restock on heads" thread. These were pretty much the hardest parts (aside from accessories) to find before and now their accessible. All you'd need after that would be the shirt, vest and pants; there are pretty suitable options out there. The tough part is going to be the knife set & belt.

Great vid bro. The mass produced licensed stuff is great but these custom art figures are something different. Whether its RM, Beto, Serang, Velvet or whoever, lots of love goes into these type of figs
