Rainmans next figure?

I don't mean to hijack this thread... So this is all I will say. I'm opening an Iminime interest list for Jordan Belfort and Donny (Wolf of wallstreet) soon per Denny's instruction.

if were going dicaprio and it can't be amsterdam, i think Rainman could do an INCREDIBLE Calvin Candy/ Django/ Schultz trio... that would be my vote for his next project

100% Agree! Calvin Candie is a must! Coconut cup, cigarette holder, hammer.

I thought Rainman made established cult classic characters? Candie? Wolf on wall street? Pfftt. Give it some time guys.

MacReady or Torrance for the win. A Rainman flamethrower would be pure insanity.

Definitely needs to redeem the Tarantino line after PF.

I'd buy Raoul Duke in a heart beat. I remember there were more than 12 who evinced interest.

On a side note, is it possible to modify the poll with fewer options ? More options tend to dilute interest.

I am one of the few that actually stadns by saying I think Vince is an all around amazing figure, Jules definitely is a weak effort though..

I would say Django is already in the books as a great tarantino film, made a cultural impact, grossed well, critically acclaimed, Oscar winning, etc. More than worthy

as for Wall street, I don't doubt iminime or rainman could make a great Leo but it would be a pass for me. If not for out of sheer principal that this Belfort D Bag is gonna make more than what he got fined for off this movie and his book, Id feel ashamed to drop such cash on merch from the film haha

Leo DiCaprio as Jordon Belfort from a movie not even a few weeks old is the most HypeBeast request for a 1/6 character in recent memory. Sticking to the classics is always best but
Leo DiCaprio as Calvin Candie in Dijango is a much more interesting character and figure if a Leo DiCaprio figure were to be done.

You do realize that its not like its a licensed product where the guy is getting royalties right? :cuckoo :lol

Let me get this straight... Jordan Belfort is a hypebeast request... but Django is a classic?!? LOL

I think Django will be one of those classic films - cult even... With Rovo not being able to continue, someone must take the reins and do these figures justice!!!!

I thought Django was ok. After candie is killed the movie loses considerable steam and I can go without watching the rest.

I think wolf of wallstreet will also be cult. Considering just about every other Scorsese pic (goodfellas, gangs, taxi driver, raging bull, etc) is considered around here

I disagree the film loses steam when Candie dies but let's say it did, there was only 15 minutes remaining of the film when he dies anyway :dunno

15 minutes? Go back and watch it again... its almost 45 minutes. AND the end of the movie should be the part you love most. THe end should be what you walk away from feeling satisfied.

That doesn't sound right but if so, that just goes to show you how much I enjoyed the end :lol

I did walk away feeling very satisfied.

Yeah remember theres the whole Django gets whipped in the barn, then escapes, then comes back, then theres the shootout, then he kills Sam Jackson, then he.... etc
