The more I'm thinking about it, the less I figure I would get a figure from this film, but I would love to see Rainman really challenge himself by trying for articulation with that character.

I'm thinking this will be the case for more people, but I am really intrigued to see how this project develops and what route he goes with it.

From the response so far it seems everyone who wants one will get one, unless he makes the run crazy small. I don't think I can recall reading a Rainman thread with this much resistance/ambivalence to the character, though maybe I'm wrong.

The Exorcist is the best film of demonic possession ever made IMO. Very few films are truly scary, this is one. I'm very happy this is being made.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's a great project. Still, from a purely selfish standpoint, the ambivalence means I'm more likely to be able to obtain a Father Karras figure, if one is made, so it's OK with me.
