A solid sci-fi flick. Beautifully designed with great cinematography. Cruise was also really good... I just wish a few parts didn't feel so contrived, or I would've rated it higher.

Iron Man 2. 7/10. Finally got around to watching this. Only Marvel/Avengers universe movie I hadn't seen. Not as bad as everybody said it was. Not as good as the first, or as Captain America, Hulk or Thor ... and definitely not as good as Avengers, but it wasn't bad at all. More related to Avengers than I thought it'd be. Very cool intro to Black Widow.

The Stark-dying plotline seemed unnecessary.

Great all around! I thought it was a step up from Inglorious Basterds which I also enjoyed.

Sad to see Schultz die, and I understand that he kind of had to die to serve the movie. But I wish he would have at least lasted longer in the gunfight, to maybe when they would have both been pinned down in the hallway.

Liked a lot of it, performances were great. Get's really dark near the end. Soundtrack was awesome as well.

The problem is, the movie does well making you like these characters. But in the end, you end up conflicted of wether you liked it them or not. Because they're douches.

I saw From Up on Poppy Hill on Saturday afternoon. It was absolutely terrific. Highly recommended. 9/10.
