Re: RATE The Last Movie You Watched.

Pain & Gain 8/10. Hilarious and utterly surreal. Truth is much, much stranger than fiction.

Pain & Gain. 8/10

Man, I went into this thinking it was going to be an action movie with hilarious one liners, but damn this movie is dark, dark, dark, yet really funny.

It's totally different than Bay's other stuff. I would say more intelligent. The Rock was fantastic.

Human Centipede 2. 6.5/10

The little fat guy is awesome!
I watched it while eating a peanut butter sandwich.

Tom Green Live
8.5/10
Very surprised it was so good

George Carlin: It's Bad For Ya!
10/10
Great all the way up the end of his life

Re: RATE The Last Movie You Watched.

So I watched Mystery Men today. And it's still awesome...but I totally never caught this....:lol

Re: RATE The Last Movie You Watched.

It's one of my favorites. And it's the only film I can stand Dane Cook in....and where he cracks me the **** up. :lol

But seriously. Rush and Bay acting together in a scene? Come on...that's gold. :lol

Re: RATE The Last Movie You Watched.

Green Lantern - 7/10

A tremendously flawed film that fell very short of the great potential it had. Yet, I still enjoy enough of the film to validate it for myself. Ryan Reynolds is often unfairly bashed for this performance, but I think he does just fine with the material he was given. Mark Strong is incredible and steals scenes like only the best actors can, and the musical score is fun and at times exciting. Bear in mind I do have a DC bias over Marvel, and part of me is still happy that a live action Green Lantern film was made in the first place, even if it's nowhere near as good as it should have been.

Re: RATE The Last Movie You Watched.

No no no.. :lol

Ryan Reynolds should stay away from comic book films - PERIOD.

Just because he worked out for BladeIII, XMO:W & GL - & can recite a few lines in the flavour of the subject matter, doesn't mean he automatically qualifies to play these characters - the guy's a bad fit. He has the kind of head you want to back hand. :lol
