Thanks for recommending this...

I just watched the trailer and it looks great, I put it on my Netflix list.

Thanks again.

Hey man. No Problem. The only complaint I have with the movie is that selfishly i wanted it to be longer. McAvoy recently won best actor at the British Independent Film Awards for his role in Filth. Awesome movie.

Savages - 6/10

I thought the story was interesting enough that it kept me intrigued, but I felt it was a little too long and the ending was kind of so so. Overall though I didn't feel like I wasted my time.

Agreed, this movie haunted me for quite a few days after seeing it!

The ending was perfect. Like she was an alien visiting earth for the first time. (at least thats what I envisioned) Also the fact that minutes before landing and almost dead she was in deep space. Awesome awesome movie man.

Saw Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug last night 6.5/10 --the lowest score I have given in a long while. Way too much Orc chasing, goofy over the top killing sequences. No character development whatsoever.

I will give it another watch with my wife and see if I think any better about it. Very disappointing movie.

How much do you like Mat Damon on a scale of 1 to 10? ;)

I'd need a scale of 1 to 100 to properly reflect my bro-love for the Damon :)

Prometheus was much better than that POS Elysium.

I know you dig the Pro' Lar'ja :lol

The very first thing that took me out of the 'zone' with Elysium was the date. 2154 and we're to believe that humankind managed to bust out a monstrous orbiting city in space in 140 years time? And it just kept getting worse...
