What I really liked about Wolverine was that it was a self contained story and didn't have anything but the Wolverine universe in it aside from the secret ending.

Agreed, with so mich universe building these days it felt nice to have a standalone story. Also liked how it was a personal story, not a big 'world is at stake' action porn spectacular.

No! The only good thing about the exorcist is the tubular bells sound track.
Not scary too me in anyway shape or form.

The only thing I ever found scary was hell raiser that was pretty messed up but I watched it years ago.

Him losing his claws shocked the hell out of me, but when the bone ones popped out I was like OH **** THAT'S AWESOME!

I think context and ambiance really help when watching movies.
What year did you watch The Exorcist and who was watching with you?

I saw it for the very first time as a very young boy in the 80's, all alone, in my room. It was bedtime, of course, but that didn't matter. Couldn't sleep that night.

Devil's Pass - 4/10
Started with a lit of potential for a good movie. Good setting, good original plot, beautiful scenery...but then the ending comes and the movie just turns to complete ****. Makes hardly any sense, CGI is just horrible...such crap.
