Wonder Woman The Animated Movie 8.5/10 Great Movie, I hope Gadot can pull off the acting part, the physical part I think she can get it covered.

I wish she would have had her own introductory live action movie though.

I might up T1 and T2 to 10s (since **** knows how I would improve them) and drop T3 to a 5/10 and T4 to a 6. Maybe even lower for those. They just weren't a patch on Cameron's films.

Yeah, I pretty much prefer the alternate ending where John ends up a senator and have the legit franchise with only the 1st two movies.

Man, everyone hates this movie yet, I love it, I think I see something in it that others don't, and think it's the second most fun of them all, I just love the cartoony characters and the almost absurd tone, it almost seems a Besson movie.

Then again, the only Alien related movies I hate are AVP

Well that was a big problem with that film, its cartoony nature. Would you watch Alien and describe it as cartoony? I hope not. If you're making a film that's supposed to be considered in the same continuity as a previous film you can't completely alter its feel like that.

Wow wow wow, I never said second best it's not even the 3rd best by a LONG shot, I said second most FUN, as in almost lighthearted fun for a franchise like Alien.

The Alien 4 characters are absolutely cartoony. Their every line of dialogue is clearly scripted, they each have a clearly defined role as 'characters'. Contrasting with the 'people' in Alien who have natural conversations much of which you can't even hear as they talk over eachother in a way that happens in real life. They are also people with believable reactions to the situation they find themselves in. The Alien Res characters just don't compare. Each one written to be one particular stereotype or another and that is all.

Exactly, I rate each as it goes:

Alien 9.5/10 ahh a 10, for being groundbreaking.
Aliens 10/10
Alien 3 7.5/10 Maybe an 8, because of the darker tone.
and then Alien Res, I give it a 7/10, if I'm in a good mood maybe a 7.5

Yeah, I see Alien Res as one of those alternate Star Wars comicbook stories, after all, it's like 2 centuries after Alien 3, I guess that's why I embrace the absurdity.

But, all and all, I could switch places between those 2 without a problem, they're both masterpieces in their own right.
