Her - 8/10

The Joaquin Phoenix one where he falls in love with an AI voiced by Scarlett Johannson....who the whole time I actually thought was Jennifer Lawrence.

Good film. Though one I'd rather have watched while not single.

Wild Things - 7.5/10

Quite good, really like how everything weaves together and everyone thinks they're gonna walk away rich but end up screwed with Neve Campbells revenge/lawsuit scam.

Was it you with the schoolgirl outfit fetish? If so, I think I know why you watched that film :naughty

A Man for All Seasons- 8/10 Amazing performance by Paul Scofield, along with great costume design, and dialogue. A very inspiring lesson in integrity which is sorely needed in these modern times. It can be pretty dry though and could use better pacing.

In a nutshell, the movie is like playing Call of Duty and Godzilla shows up every now and then in the background and saves your ass in the end.

They did a good job of fleshing out the bad monsters though.

Godzilla - 8/10

Not perfect, but given the 26 films since the original, it's as close to a masterpiece as this franchise is ever going to get. I walked out both satisfied and excited for more.

Agreed. I think it struck a really good narrative balance between the monsters and the hoomans. Easy 9/10 imho and Bryan Cranston was brilliant.

Godzilla 8/10. Would have liked more big G fighting monsters of coarse but what time he was on screen was very well done. Cranston was amazing...while he was there. Much better the Pacific Rim.

He is an amazing actor from what I have seen of him and he was up to my expectations in this.

Godzilla 2014 - 4.5/10

Too dark and smokey to see most of the time and pretty boring until the end which is spoiled by not being able to see the fight clearly. Also cop outs of showing fights by cutting to news clips instead. Very disappointed tbh.
