It was a nice Chick Flick! 7.5/10
Mulholland Drive: 8/10 Great, mysterious film!
Dumb & Dumber: 7.5/10 One of my favorite comedies, when I was younger. I hadn't watched it in at least 3 years because I saw it a bit too often back then. Had a great laugh this afternoon
Charlie & The Chocolate Factory: 8/10 Great Tim Burton movie!
Good to hear that someone else likes this movie,i love this movie too,David Lynch is my favourite Director and if you liked Mulholland Drive,go watch "Lost Highway" which is David Lynch too,i guarantee you will like it.
I have seen Lost Highway too, although a couple of years ago. I remember liking the film, but I like Mulholland Drive better.
I've also seen Blue Velvet which I thought was good. And I really enjoyed The Elephant Man, but that isn't like Lynch's usual mysterious, strange works.
Max Payne - Made me want to cancel my HBO just for showing it out of 10
I have seen all of Lynch`s movies except Elephant Man,i simply love his mysterious creepy atmosphere style,it really catches the viewers attention, always keeps the viewer wondering.
Seen Twin Peaks? That is my all time favourite Tv Series, the movie "Twin peaks-Fire Walk with me" is also very good, same characters only before the events in the Tv Series.
No, I've never seen Twin Peaks. I have to watch it sometime
Dexter season 1 9.5/10 I can't believe how good this show is! I just finished rewatching season 1 and it was even better the 2nd time around.
10/10 - really great mixture of humour and dark themes. Hadn't seen it before but would definitely watch it again
Bram Stoker's Darcula 8/10
You know this is the first time I've ever saw the whole movie from beginning to end. While I don't know much about Dracula or vampires in gereral, I thought this was a very good film. The entire cast was great, even Keanu Reeves but the films shining star was of course Gary Oldman. Even the great Sir Anthony Hopkins couldn't take away from Oldman's performance. Great film and one of Oldman's best performances imho.
I heard that this movie offended some of my fellow North Dakotans. But I completely saw the humor in it. I think I found this movie to be funnier than any other person that I have heard of so far. I almost had tears coming out of my eyes for the lampooning of North Dakotans.
