Alice in Wonderland - 7/10. Yea, the story is a bit all over the place, and Anne Hathaway (whom I usually love) creeped me out, but it was certainly a visual treat. The battle with the jabberwocky makes the flick.

Good movie, but not Oscar material, IMO. Certainly Kathryn Bigelow's best.

Evil Dead 2 - 10/10

I know it's no the greatest movie ever made, but I absolutely love it. It's the perfect blend of horror, comedy and insanity. My favorite Raimi movie by far.

Actually, I was just guessing - sounded pretty convincing didn't I?

It was also a bit annoying because they'd use the goofy made up words, and you were never quite sure if you'd heard right or not.
