it was awesome to see all the preds in Predator 2 but the acting and overall story was definitely not up to par.

Just that one scene where all the Preds emerge is awesome, but the rest is just... not so good...

Yeah I got bored with it very quickly. I was waiting for the good part to come but then the credits started rolling.

Yeah, that and the actual ending made very little sense. Just a mediocre movie that looked good.

I can't even describe how I felt when I saw The Prestige!

I never heard of it and then one day they where playing it on HBO or something and I sat down and watched it. The ending effected me for days!!!! I was like WTF! @_@
And my Christian acted so good in that! And David Bowie was a perfect pick for that......don't know why.....he just was!

I'm gonna put it on at home once I finish my Dr. Who series 5 marathon.

Probably the last movie he actually acted good in.

Predator 2: 6/10 Too bad it isn't as awesome as P1...

I think Predator 2 is just as good (if not better) than P1. I'd rate Predator 1 an 9/10 if none of the human characters ever opened their mouths. Its the same reason I rate Aliens around a 7/10. Alien had a much better screenplay and the actors weren't annoying as hell. P1 is a good 8/10 ........... only because of the "Predator". P2's an 8/10 in my books.

I rate P1 a 10/10. Not so much because it's the best film ever made, because it certainly isn't, but it's definitely one of my favorites. I love how the film developes from a classic 80's action film into this sci-fi/horror film. It has cool characters, cheesy but awesome oneliners, and of course Schwarzenegger. Definitely not the best actor in the world, but pretty much always entertaining IMO

All these things that made Predator so awesome for me, are lacking in the sequel IMO. The characters aren't as cool and the story is more straight up with the Pred being there right away. I also don't really like the city setting and the feeling of the main characters actually, really being stalked and hunted is kinda gone too. It's like the Pred's just suddenly there at moments. I loved the plain jungle shots of the first one, where you couldn't see anything but you know it's there, stalking them.
I think the P1 pred is also cooler than the P2, even though it has less weapons and gimmicks. It feels like more basic and a simpeler kind of hunter, but still as lethal. I like the design better too.

It's because of this that I rate P2 a 6, it just isn't as fun, cheesy and badass as the first one IMO

Hot Tub Time Machine - 3/10, worst time travel movie I've ever seen.

Leon The Professional - 10/10

Been watching a lot of older movies I think due to the influence of the boardies here, been thoroughly enjoying some of the best movies ever made.

Been watching a lot of older movies I think due to the influence of the boardies here, been thoroughly enjoying some of the best movies ever made.

I don't think that movie is meant to be considered as a "time traveler" movie.

Fixed. Glover acts like he's playing Murtaugh in the movie. I expected to see Riggs wrestling with some Predators. They should have picked someone else.

I still don't get all the hate for P2. I personally enjoyed it as much as the first and admittedly I liked the design of the P2 Pred a little more aswell.

Anyways, last movie I saw was Psycho (original) 10/10. Still one of my all time favorite movies.

Aw hell naw. He was great in 3:10 To Yuma. And you obviously haven't seen Rescue Dawn.

And you guys can be haters, but Bale's Bruce Wayne is laudable, no matter how laughable the Bat-voice might be when he's cowled up.

I've seen every Bale movie except the one with Jonny Depp...forgot the title.....anywayz....I think he's a brilliant actor....but I must say that Terminator Salvation was a horrible horrible film and he acted so ____ing bad in it. *sigh* ...I liked the graphics tho.

And for the record I loved him in Shaft too.
