Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

I just watched Alice in Wonderland 2010. I really liked the movie. I didn't bother with it before as my wife saw it in the theater and said it sucked. So I just caught it while my kids were watching it.

I thought it was a very good movie.

7/10

Just watched Kick Ass. I am sorry, I didn't like it. I'm probably the only one who didn't. I thought it was going to be a fun, happy superhero movie. Not as dark as it was. So I give it a 5/10

Tangled 8/10

Get's points off for having the modern use of "like" in 2 songs and for having a lame name.

It should have simply been called "Rapunzel." "Tangled" is lame lame lame.

Otherwise a very enjoyable Disney movie with sumptuous animation.

Bwhahahahaha! :lol Hell yes!

That's why Kick-Ass is one of my favorite movies of all time. It totally rips on the Superhero movies. It shows you these characters in bright fun colors, and totally makes them the darkest, nastiest people you'll ever meet. Brilliant movie.

I need to watch it again.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

I've never understood it when people say they didn't like a movie because it was 'too dark.' :dunno

No you're not the only person. I didn't have a problem with how dark it was, I just thought the movie was crappy. It also had Nick Cage.

I thought it was supposed to be a comedy....then I realized it wasn't anything near it...it over exceeded my expectations....I gave it a solid 7/10

The Incredible Hulk: 8.5/10 Great film which fits in nicely with the IM films. I wonder though... Could the raging thunderstorm after the Culver University incident have anything to do with the upcoming Thor film? If my guess of the timeline is correct then he'll just be thrown out of Asgard by then...

Pitch Black. 8/10

Really forgot how much I liked this movie. Much prefer it to The Chronicles of Riddick personally.
The effects haven't aged to well though from what I remember them being. Might have been becuase it was on blu though.

Hot toys needs to make a Riddick. :lecture

Into the Wild. 8/10

Another great film and this was the first time I'd saw this one.
I had a feeling it was going to be long winded but not at all , kept me interested all the way through. Surprised I let this one pass when it was first released.

Got both of those on blu in a 2 for £15.00 on play. Money well spent. :D

I take it you liked Unstoppable then Entity ?. :lol
I'm looking forward to that one. Not sure if I should be though , I enjoyed The Taking of Pelham 123 but it didn't touch a hair on Man on Fire imo. Completely different films though I suppose.

I loved Unstoppable! It was a fun, exciting thrillride. Nothing more, nothing less. I have to say though that both Washington as well as Pine were excellent! The camerawork was very dynamic and really gave a sense of speed and danger.
Did it have the story and heart of Man On Fire? No. Was it enjoyable? Hell yes! :rock :rock :rock

3:10 To Yuma (2007) - 10/10

Probably my favourite Western film :rock

:goodpost: Definitely one of my favorite westerns as well! I'd rate it the same!!! :rock :rock :rock :duff
