Hunger Games 9/10. One of the best book adaptations I've seen - much successful than any of the Potter's as an adaptation.

I don't think I would rate it any higher regardless. The shakey cam wasn't worthy of me docking the score if I am honest. I didn't find it anywhere near as bad as say Public Enemies.

This was always going to be marketed for the Twilight generation so I expecting the brutality to be minimal. I was intrigued to see how they would pull off such a disturbing story in a Disney like fashion. I think they did it pretty well actually and so my score is just about as high as it could go for this.

This was awesome! Such a fun movie! It had a simple, yet very effective story, but most of all it had heart! An absolutely great watch!

^ Agreed. It had a strong 1st act. But once it hit act 2...I just got annoyed.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall was better.
