The Disappearance of Alice Creed8/10

A 3 person cast with a lot of twist and turns. It's about a rich girl getting kidnap and held for ransom.

Thai Chi Master 2/10

The video quality is not even close to being 1080P. Vary grainy. Almost like it was taking from a VHS straight to Blu-Ray. Starring Jet Li and Michelle Yeo. For a martial arts movie, the choreography was good in the fight scenes but what gets me was the visable wire works. It's almost in every fight scene. That is probably the biggest knock I have with this. The story is basically about Jet Li, losing his mind after his friend betrays him. He finds his way and learns Thai Chi which ultimately he becomes a master of and uses it to defeat his old friend.

Martha Marcy May Marlene - 2/10

There is no fauking ending.

You invest almost 2 hours into a flick and then they just roll credits. Does she get on with her life? Does her boyfriend's cult kill her sister and husband? Ambiguous endings do not make your film all artsy and clever. What a POS film.

It gets 2 point for a couple shots of Elizabeth Olsen's glorious rack.

So without the racks the movie gets 0/10. :monkey1

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Batman & Robin. 1/10. Just embarrassing. Came on TNT last night. Hadn't seen it since I was a kid. Bad story. Bad script. Bad jokes. Bad set design. Generally bad costuming (with exceptions). Bad concept. Bad gadgets. Bad fight scenes. Bad casting.

Who watches Clueless and thinks, "there's my Batgirl!"? Alicia Silverstone was just terrible. Clooney was the wrong choice for Batman ... but I can't think of anyone that could've done well with that script.

Thurman and Schwarzennegger were OK casting, but fall into the same trap as Tommy Lee Jones's Two Face. Might've been OK with a better script and better concept of the character. Just overacted, awful lines, and no concept of the actual character.

I tried to look for something to like. Mr. Freeze's costume and character design were pretty good. There was a cool shot of him sitting in a jail cell ... before he started talking again. The Nightwing suit was alright ... minus the nipples.

Thor (2nd viewing): 8/10 There's only a couple things that bother me about this movie, Thor flying, the design of Asgard and the fact of how overpowered Thor is compared to the rest of the Avengers.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Well being a god, Thor should be more powerfull than the other Avengers.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Same reason they have a Justice League when Superman can do everything. :dunno

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

I can't remember which cut it was. I've only seen it once, on DVD a few years ago.

The short version is when he sits in the theatre watching bits from a film roll.Probably the one you have seen because the alternate extended ending isn't that great. But i think you know what it is,the one thing that was missing in the main characters life. You can find it on youtube.

The Thing (2011) - 1/10

Hurts to say it. It doesn't matter what else you do with the entire rest of your movie, when your cgi is that bad and you ruin your big reveal by making me laugh, you have completely failed. I just feel so bad for all of the people that worked on the practical mosters for this film, it must feel like having a bucket of ____ dumped on your face to watch what they did to it in the final movie.

Blame the studio, and test audience. Bunch of idiots.

However though, I still want to see if the practical effects were as bad as they said. ADI is an alright company. But I did like the look of all the monsters they did.

Especially the final one. Better then whatever that turd thing was.

Drive: 7.5/10 A really slick indyfeel film with some awesome performances and a great story. Also, interesting soundtrakc.

I went in with the expectation that it was overhyped and came out happy.
