That's harsher than my score (7/10), and I HATED it, why a 6?

It's an unfinished game with a bad story, micro transactions, tacked on MP, forced heavy handed sexual content and connection issues. It's a Season Pass away from literally being everything annoying about modern video games.

It's amazing how people are already not talking about the game. I predict it will be forgotten in less than a year. That's amazing considering MGS4 remained popular for what, 4 years?

Definitely the biggest dud in the entire franchise. There's nothing iconic about it, whatsoever.

It's funny, even guys who were defending this game with their life and breath, can't stand it, either. This is the first MGS game, where the stupid Internet memes were more interesting and popular than the game itself.

It's still pretty eye opening that the game literally went away in a couple weeks after release... :lol

I still mostly blame Kojima on this. Huge budget, more than ample dev time... 70% done game probably. But made sure to get all the perversions out of his system in the game.

Now bring on MGRR2!

Nah some really persistent dudebros will try something :lol

or me when I stop being lazy/cheap and get it

And he practically had a movie budget for this game, and went so light on cinematics it's embarrassing. I can't help but wonder where all of the money went. It REALLY couldn't have been wasted just on developing the PS3-era FOX engine, and advertisements. Could it...?

Don't get it :lol. It's just not worth it. Your college did you a favor by not including this POS in their rent list.

I hold out hope that we will get the Rising that was canceled.

Yeah, you raise a good point. You don't see the money at all in the game... the AI is ********, the graphics are last gen, and the two maps are barren wastelands... on top of a dull redundant plot.

Looks to me like 30% of the budget went to rendering Quiet's skin, ****s and mo-cap. How many minutes did we had to watch her showering, dancing and hogging the screen again?

80 mil is more than enough to make a complete, AAA game. As much as I disagree with Konami, I have to side with them if overspending was the result of their fallout.

Konami wouldn't toss their golden cow director out without a reason. It really appears they gave up on the game 2 years ago, and just worked on programming and press for it.

I just need to see why it's so bad for myself :lol you know, I'll take your copy off your hands!

Getting the original MGR as MGR 2 would be neat honestly

I love it lol

To me it's the 3rd best in the series and is only disappointing in the fact that it's not the best in the series.

I've actually been discussing the game and theories on other forums and it seems like it's going to go on for a long time, unless Kojima gives us all the answers. The reaction this game has actually be a lot better than MGS2 when it came out. I do get why some people are disappointed, just like I get why some fans were disappointed with 2 and 4. 1 and 3 are the only games in the series where I can't fathom someone having a problem with.

Transformers Devastation.

Fun, exciting, sweet graphics, not too long of a game but long enough for replay value to level up the Autobots.

Assassin's Creed: Unity - 29/100

So after I heard about the bugs, I just completely passed over this game. Didn't keep up with what updates did what or who, and never even saw to videos or reviews. I was at Target and saw it was on sale for 10 bucks. Figured, why not?

This game just was terrible. I give it points for some innovative new features, I really liked the free-running method but it was a complete ***** to climb and enter windows when he keeps pouncing on rails and continues to climb from balconies. I also liked the idea of co-op, but the execution was poor.

The combat system is ****. I guess maybe many like it because it's a bit "harder", but for me it just takes too long. First off, why remove the defensive move to grab a near-by enemy to use as a shield when getting shot at? Also why is there no defensive executions now? I'd much rather have done this current combat with Assassin's Creed when you'd have maybe 5 enemies max at once. Now I have ****ing 21 guys attacking me at once. So slicing and trying to perfect parry, is rather boring and takes WAY TOO LONG!

Then you have weapons. That is one sorry *** arsenal. Phantom Blade is a cool idea, but it's ****ing idiotic that used within a short-medium range with 2 enemies, they can pinpoint you. It's a silent ****ing weapon! I did the Le Touche mission and used a rifle to take out snipers, yet I was within range to several Templars and even so they never became aware. So shooting a silent weapon will alert guards, but shooting a loud ****ing rifle doesn't? Also what happened to the bombs from Revelations? This is a time period where gunpowder was pretty much more accessible than food. So I can only do a poison bomb, cherry bomb (which is a distraction, not even partially damaging), or a smoke bomb? What happened to having a knife and rope? Several pistols like Black Flag? No explosive bombs like Revelations?

Now we got skill sets. You mean to tell me that i have to pay skill points to do dual blade assassinations? Dual blade air assassinations? These should be given! I can understand something like using a skill to carry more ammo, or upgrade health, or maybe make a faster Arno. But to have to use points to be able to use a ****ING PISTOL?! Seriously...And lastly, it seems like a lottery to get a dual kill in comparison to 2, BH, R, III, or BF. Then you have lock picking...that is the dumbest **** they could have added.

Then the rumored "customization" that would have been amazing....it was all ****. Terrible choice of colors, not capable of getting solid armor. Hell, I'm guessing they have microtransaction because there is no way someone will rack up that much money to try and get every single item.

The only thing on the technical side I don't mind, is the sight of Paris, but even that has issues. Why the need for so many people? Even some areas it is a pain in the *** with having 25 guards in one spot to guard a door.

Now the story? Well it was okay. It was something new on the Assassin's side. To see the kid of an assassin be brought up by a Grand Master Templar? And to fall in love with a Templar, in alone of the fact she was the daughter of the Grand Master. I had to take a second to remember why many took up the Creed, Altair, Ezio, Conner, Edward; and Arno had a differing one. But then you have moments that just completely ruined it, like that classic "helpless" victim was secretly that grand schemer. Germain was just too forced. And then that ending with Elise...seriously? What was the point of building up this relationship to just have her die stupidly? Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that she's a red head, I would have completely disregarded her character. Only character I liked, and was a solid twist was with Bellic.

Overall? A mediocre game that even at 10 dollars seems like a ****ing rip off. The co-op is cool if you could get a squad, otherwise you got guys just running off trying to take out people one on one without any strategy. I don't really care if you do that, but then when it's crucial to have people, I'm too busy trying to find your body to revive you because you ran out of medicine...Arno isn't a bad character, like Conner whom kind of pissed me off; but still solid. I guess it was more involved in the Assassin than other games in which they had to continue the parallel story of modern day assassins. They should have just saved that entire story for a modern age assassin's creed.

I'll probably try and 100% the game, but it will feel hell of a lot like a chore. Especially with the short *** 9 hours it took me to finish.

I always liked the idea of historical settings. I mean it's a cool way of how they did it, and some of the characters are pretty cool. But with how weird they go about gameplay, I wish they had consistency. At least call of duty manages that...
