I've got Arkham Asylum for my PS3 & haven't played it yet.

Surely City isn't that bad?? I've been meaning to buy it as well, but I was under the impression that it continued the quality of the previous game for the most part?

Definitely try giving Asylyim a try. It's pretty good. There were some things I don't like but I liked it for the most part. It's worth trying out Cith for yourself at least since you can get a pretty cheap by now.

Depends. In terms of gameplay it's MUCH better, but the plot is blegh and the story is messy.
It lost a lot of charm and cool things from the first game in favor of forced continuity with twists and pretentious drama.

City is great, arguably better than Asylum but it's no worse than it.

Or it's just Riddick being Riddick, pay no heed

All of the Arkham games are the "best" at something.

Asylum had best Batman feel to it, and the best atmosphere.
City easily had the best gameplay and design of them all.
Origins had the best story, no contest.
Knight had the best visuals, perhaps the prettiest looking videogame to date.

So yeah, you can't go wrong with any of them.

I would agree with all of that.

The Arkham games set a new standard in combat too.Hand to hand combat has improved in general in games today thanks to the Arkham series.Everyone seemed to want to copy that style after Asylum came out.

It's happened with a lot of games, like God of War, but yeah it's surprising that some other games wanted to copy Arkham's combat style.

Mostly agreed. Still haven't tried Knight yet, so I can't comment on that one.

Nothing touches Ninja Gaiden's combat perfection yet.

Enemies there actually WANTED to kill you, whereas the ones in the Arkham series only make batman look good. I know Batman is a badass and all, but couldn't RS make at least two out of 10,000 enemies be good at fighting?

Great games, nonetheless.

They tried with Arkham Knight I think, but I think instead of the numbers, it was the variations :lol

Definitely late to the party, but I just played and finished The Last of Us for the very first time. I'd give it an 8/10.

Overall I really enjoyed it. I'd say that, based on all the hype and excitement I had heard swirling around for two years, it didn't meet that for me. Having plated Telltale The Walking Dead, I felt more connected to the characters of Lee and Clem than Joel and Ellie. I just feel that's a more emotionally satisfying game.

But with that said, this was a really unique journey to go on. Atmosphere was great. Movement of the characters was incredibly lifelike. Acting was excellent. Music was great. And I like how it didn't end with some contrived boss battle at the end.

Will play Left Behind soon.

Witcher is not my type of game, but im currently playing Mad max.If you're a fan of Mad Max,youll love it.Gameplay has it's flaws, but overall a great Mad Max experience, very true to the source without any BS like most sandbox game has like optional quests with rewards you really don't need. This is all about finding water, fuel, car bodies,Scraps to upgrade your gear and car as well as strongeholds.
Gameplay feels like uncharted on foot. However i do wish you had sneaking options. The enemy camps you inflitrate is scripted to go full force hand to hand combat with you.If you arrive an area, they automatically charge at you even if they don't see you first so don't expect any sneaking options, because there are none even if you try. That's the only negative thing i have to say about the game.
