I don't have Gandalf yet, and sorry to derail. Here's Ned.
Now bring me my grey.
ok, so my gandalf and my extra truetype body finally came in, i have it all swapped except for the head, as this part is confusing me and im hoping someone can explain what to do. the peg size of the truetype neck adapter is shorter than the one on the buck, but i cant seem to remove the neck adapter from the buck body. can anyone give me some detailed instructions on how to get gandalf's head onto the truetype body?

It's pretty simple really. the truetype adapter for heads with a sculpted neck is perfect for the buck body, it just needs some anchoring. I'm partial to hot glue, mainly becuase it's cheap, and easy "
Simply take gandalf's head, Get a hot glue gun, fill the hole in the bottom of gandalf's head with hot glue, insert the hot toys neck adapter. let it cool, and take an x-acto blade and trim the excess hot glue that spills out when you press the adapter into the neck hole. You're done. Easy as pie.
Just for clarification, you DO want hot glue to spill out of the hole, you want to fill his neck allmost up completely. don't worry about usin too much, any excess will simply ooze out as you push the adapter in. DO make sure to push the adapter ALL THE WAY IN, and hold it there till the glue cools.
