Yup. I agree with EVERYTHING you just said. Doom LSF is possibly one of the finest sculpts I have EVER seen and easily the best of this character. I'll add the new PF and just sell it if XM releases a 1/4 Doom I like more.

Yes the original still wins.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I dislike the original PF. I know it's a favorite of many, but it does absolutely nothing for me.

I would love to buy into the XM products, some of their newly announced statues are truly breathtaking, notably Magneto but I'm afraid I've always been a mixed media kinda guy and fully sculpted statues just don't have the same appeal in my opinion However, that Magneto is damn tempting me!!!

Yeah, that makes sense if you like the mixed media element. I'm from the other school of thought. Nothing beats a 1/4 fully sculpted statue for me personally. That's why XM will always peak my interests with their releases.

I think this is the best Marvel statue down at the show. Looks better than most of the DC statues too in my book. Only the Court of the Dead and that awesome Boba Fett PF can match this.

I share your opinion on the GG PF as well. Never liked that piece either. Almost all of the old grail pieces do nothing for me (Thor and Hulk included). The ONLY old grail I was ever on the fence about PO'ing was Cap. Loved the sculpt but had all kinds of issues with the cloth and spanky shorts on the piece so I passed. If I would have known way back then that there would be so many talented peeps that could remove the cloth and make it a custom fully sculpted piece, I certainly would have bought one and customized it. However, back then, no one was really doing that kind of work. To this day I'm thinking about buying a REG Cap PF (I'd actually like to trade for it if I could) and getting it customized into my perfect Cap statue. If I did that, then I would only have to wait for a 1/4 scale modern raging Hulk to have all the Avengers characters I want in my collection.

Yeah man. **** I thought we'd see a Brown Wolvie PF (love the new 1/6 line announcement of which I'll probably buy them all Lol), I really thought we'd see it. I'm hoping that they have a few surprises up their sleeves for us
