sheeeet...as a DX and regular owner...could i upgrade my regular set to another DX?...
I think I heard somewhere that they were in production and something about remaking crossbowhunters belt in metal was the delay. Not sure but those are the last things I recollect. But rest assured they will be the next to ship out after Bateman. At least that was the original plan if I do recall correctly.Hey axe, you are in the know, any clue when a certain sheriff and crossbowhunter are going to be shipping?

I'd hope that we (regular) Cowboy owners would have the same opportunity presented to us, Denny.
No offence brother, but this is the exact can of worms and principals that are being talked about.
This is the exact reason why lines are drawn and the exact domino effect that occurs when the lines are crossed

I myself am a regular set owner and honestly do not like the idea of selling "upgrades" as it defeats the whole idea of having a DX in the first place. If I did buy the DX, I would be unhappy. Why not just have an edition size of 70 and let people choose what all they would like to begin with? Not after the fact when people are wishing they would have pulled the trigger. Do I want a screaming sculpt and overcoat? Yes. I'm upset at the fact I didn't bite when I had the chance but I don't think this is a good idea. Good for Iminime monetarily I get that, I just don't like where it could go in the future. I also understand that if the DX owners don't mind, than who does it really hurt? No one, I suppose, but I can see this upgrade thing happening everytime they have a successful release. Ultimately it's up to Iminime. Guess we will see which way this discussion sways Denny.
If ANYTHING should even be considered for "upgrading" it needs to be the Cowboy release IMO. That way the people screwed out of getting the DX because of Iminime's site, can get it. I think that is fair. People had PLENTY of time to pull the trigger on the AP DX (am I wrong?), but didn't and now are feeling that regret every time a dope picture is posted. People legitimately got screwed out of the Cowboy DX.
You hit the nail on the head, can of worms indeed.
so sorry, the sculpt is gone, can't produce more.
Denny
Couldn't you cast more from the actual DX casts that were already produced? I get a drop in quality if this is done consecutively, but surely it would be fine with first generation castings?
None taken, but, at the end of the day, as I said in the Cowboy thread, why should those who, while having plenty of time to do so, skipped out on Bateman, at first, be able to get a second chance when they change their minds, while those who wanted the Cowboy, but couldn't get it, don't?
