If I want to get a custom design printed, they wont do it for something as little as one metre. a minimum order of 5 metres maybe and thatll cost me around $70/80 for the fabric alone, and then the printing. all in all ofcourse it costs around $100 or so here...
and when I said $200 I took in his WHOLE making labour charge that is making the cuts, designs ,sewing etc etc... in terms of ONLY material it would probably be as I said above. So with the amount of cloth actually used there is a lot of wastage.. but that wasted cloth costs money.

And Yes, the Wayne suit fabric was custom printed. Try getting a tailor from Korea commission a suit in 1/6. Rainman has to pay prices like that so does Denny... maybe a little less, but nothing as cheap as the ebay clothing.

I think it has more to do than labour. Korean figure artists know they are a sought after lot and what their branding means to collectors. Their pricing reflects that... same goes for all the artists who have made a name for themselves.

Yes, all of that are parts of my point. We're talkin' resin, cloth and paint here...not gold. But this may be going a different direction and that's a whole different convo. I don't want to stray from my original point or be misunderstood. All I was saying was there is nothing that stops RM from including a real TT. Not financially or due to scarcity. I hope that's the last time that happens.

It has been said that Bale is one of the most difficult likeness' ever to capture in sculpt. The best I have seen is undoubtedly Adam's sculpt. I was thinking Ko Jun's offering in the DX12 was as good seeing the proto... but the final product's eyes and something about the face just doesnt seem right. The head shape and all are spot on... but I think the eyes are throwing off the likeness.

But this sculpt... and also hopefully the second one of this set, will push the envelope in the likeness and really raise the bar too!

Ok guys, I had a talk with Denny, all I can say is start saving up...

The clothing they are going to make for this will be one of their best offerings as Denny said, and with all the raincoat and overcoat... yes AND Overcoat shizzle... the clothing itself will cost a bomb.
So it seems to balance it out the accessories offered in the default set will be the absolute essential and easier ones...

With the complicated ones coming in the expansion set...

This is going to be an Epic AND EXPENSIVE release... (maybe more than Secret Project) Im saving upto $600 to be safe to snag the Grand Package DX which is the regular set plus all the shebangs and options...

You guys really interested start saving up as the price on this will be...

I always thought one of IMINIME's goals was to produce great looking figures without having the cost of most high end figures on the market... Seems like it's going the opposite direction now.

Ra's was only 320$ (I think) and the tailoring on that is the best I've seen in hand. And it was an exclusive. Make's me worry about future releases (TWD) if prices are that high, no way I'm gonna be able to afford their releases anymore.

I can't believe I just read that. I love my Ra's but at no point did I think "what a dirt cheap figure!" Lol. But the way HT prices are going...

Yup, only 50$ more than your average DX figure. Prices are just skyrocketing.

Sorry about the price issue.
Around 300$ per custum fullset cannot help me to stay the team.
As we are trying to upgrade more and more the cost of production goes up.

But this project's price is for DX set which include 2 of best head sculpts of iminime.
And with many help for data, we are going to making one of our best suit and outfit as well.

DX is limited 50 pcs confirmed.
Normal is also 50pcs confirmed.

Our team is total 14 people(including outfit team)
So~ nowadays, we take OEM sculpt orders for other companies(Licensed ones) to run the team(but still ^^ very tough)
You will see someday some of our works officially~~

I thought there was two headsculpts as well. Unless, the first page is incorrect.
