Well, it took a while, but my RFT finally got here (along with Medi-alien).

The RFT is a solid figure, very nice all round. Head is pretty big (but that's to be expected with SST figures) but otherwise, I really like him. Oh yes, the helmet's a disgrace to middle- to high-end 1/6 figures. It's just such a cheap piece of plastic!
Very poor indeed.

But I like the figure overall.

If it helps any, I've placed an order through StarWarsShop since they had it available rather than fight SSC's wait list, and they haven't gotten it yet.

I got mine off Sideshow's waitlist. It only took a week or less to convert.

I just traded my Indiana Jones for a Rebel Fleet Trooper and Commander Praji.

The Rebel Fleet Trooper was the first to come in and I gotta say, I like it TONS more than Indiana. I am actually surprised at how much I really do like this figure.

I like Indy, but I'm also not heavily considering the flaws of the Pro. If the Pro REALLY REALLY bugged you, then its probably a good trade.

I just think considering I have about 100 SSC and Hasbro 12" Star Wars figures that Indy stands out a little more then RFT would.

One day I'll pick up RFT though.

The PRO actually didn't bug me at all (surprisingly). And I really thought Indy was a solid figure. But I just wasn't getting any joy from it. Know what I mean. In contrast, the Fleet Trooper was a really fun to futz around and find a good post.

At $45 each, more or less, those two figs you got in the trade are closer to what they should have been released at, cost-wise.

RFT is much nicer than Antilles to me, not in quality, just the look, face has more character, uniform's cooler in design.

Finally got this guy (thanks Pix!)
Switched him over to a modified/ slimmed Dragon body. Padded the legs with foam to fill them out. Switched boots to Newline jackboots. Not sure what headsculpt Im going to use yet. Have a couple I'll try out. Might just repaint the DID one Im using now. Definately want to get one more of these guys, really like them.

Yeah I think they are among Sideshow's best boot sculpts they have ever done.
