I'm only a little over 50% complete. I don't want to rush through it and makes no sense with a great game like this to do that. Seems like kids just wanting to be the first one to say I'm done.

I will admit, that sometimes I grow a little impatient and want to get as far into the game as possible, but some people play at ridiculous paces. For a game that is linear, I can understand wanting to get down fast, as the stories progresses around you, but for an open world game, seems a little odd

I don't have a very large video game budget. I probably only buy 3 or 4 games a year and this is actually the first time I've bought a game at release since maybe Guitar Hero 3! So I have to take games slow.

West of Amardillo, can't remember the names of the regions. Something Gap and Something Springs. Also, isn't the stallion from Bonnie white? Wonder if you can replay that part and she gives you the horse again?

I'm with ya there Nick. Games like this though I'm taking my time and enjoying it all.

I bet Josh does all his shopping at the general store in Armadillo.:nana:

I shop all over. Thank ya very much. :nana:

I just started my summer break, and Red Dead has basically been all that I've been playing,so,that's why I finished so quickly, and I have been taking it at my own pace, doing challenges and strangers tasks along the way. It's not about finishing first,I just got really into the experience.

Ok, so I'm pretty late into the game here (seeing that there's 150+ pages on this thread :lol)

But I bought a pre-owned special edition version of this. The Code for the "Black" outfit had already been used....... Does anyone know where I can find the code elsewhere? :dunno

Thats cool. I don't see you can get into the experience of this game going at it this fast but then again I'm not 19-20 years old anymore either.

I admit I played the hell out of this over the weekend, but I am in no rush to finish. I am taking my time doing all of the challenges, stranger tasks, gambling and hunting. The treasure hunting challenges are real fun, I didn't like them at first 'cause the maps were so vague, but it has grown on me. I really don't want this game to ever end.
