You can't really tell by the shaft size alone whether it is a one hander or a two hander. It really comes down to how she decides to hold it. Sometimes she may get tired of a two handed grip and switch it up to one hand. Muscle cramps can be an issue with repeat strokes, even for someone of her caliber.
I think she probably used two hands though, especially when the shaft is that long, and when faced with that big of a snake. It gives a lot of leverage. I'll even bet she used a big vertical finisher just below the head. A big stroke with a weapon that large would surely go deep enough to produce all of that disgusting snake goo by her feet.
