I started a new game of RE3. I saved at the dark room in the RPD, and then got about 30 minutes past that and Nemesis killed me at the Substation since I stupidly didn't bring enough herbs. :pow

It's weird since I'm usually very good in the game, but it's been some time since I played it. I think I restarted the game about 5 times since I didn't like the choices I made. The RNG is a pain in the ***, but at least keeps the game alive.

RE3 seems to be the most tricky of the original trilogy, with how much things can change and vary.

I don't like the RNG period, leave it be or give us some hint as to how to manipulate it.

My biggest complaint, is the gun locker at the RPD... either Magnum, or the Grenade Launcher... after watching playthroughs on Youtube and my own experience, I hate the Magnum since it sucks against Nemesis. The Flame/Freeze rounds are perfect on Nemesis, since it halts him in his walk animation.

It has extra stun or something. The magnum is good against Nemesis only if you can get enough distance, the recoil really hurts against him cause of his speed.

It's only handy for one shot kills on other enemies. I tend to save the gun powder to make grenade rounds, although the upgraded 9mm and shotguns shells aren't bad.

Yeah definitely, it's great on everything except Nemesis. For years I stupidly only worried about Magnum rounds. I didn't realize until a few months ago, you could combine A powder with Grenade rounds and make Flame rounds... same with B, which make Acid rounds.

I try to avoid weaker enemies as much as possible though, but my dodging skills aren't that great. :lol I also don't mind the goodies that Nemesis drops but it's such a short game you don't get to enjoy them.

You get the M4 from him at the Clocktower, right before the Dead Factory and it's pretty redundant at that point... although there's a good amount of Zombies to use it against in the park and cemetery.

I think it's definitely possible, considering the REmake 2 was impossible up until a few weeks ago. RE3 is almost as much wanted by fans than RE2 was, and all comments on FB are "DO RE3 NEXT!"

They could expand the RPD... Since Jill only enters the police station only to find the lock pick. :lol I think it would be cool or somewhat interesting if in 2 or 3, if they decide to remake if you heard or saw Claire/Leon run by or them shooting at zombies. Maybe in 2 here Nemesis or something.

Also in ORC they expanded some of the levels in 3 like City Hall, Clock Tower, the park. With Outbreak they expanded the Hospital.

Maybe as you leave the RPD with Jill, you hear the tanker truck explode behind the RPD... ugh the amount of nods to the opposing game is limitless.

RE3 starts in the morning of September 28, while Leon and Claire arrived the following night. Jill was infected with the G-Virus on the night Leon and Claire arrived... Hhmmm. :lol

They arrived a day later? I thought it was the same day, just starting at different times. When Jill gets infected, Leon and Claire already left the city.

I never understood how the hell Nemesis tracks Jill. I imagine there's computer chips in his head, but I prefer to think of him as completely organic. He's fully under control of the parasite, so maybe he's just a highly skilled tracker? He doesn't have a nose :lol
