Still think they're a ripoff of Dynamen.
Dynaman? You mean the Super Sentai series 7 parody? Super Sentai being what Power Rangers was heavily based upon.

In fact, that first pic I posted isn't even the american MMPR. It's from Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, essentially the Japanese equivalent of the american adaptation.

You replied no. You think he has trained with MMA fighters. If you know JDF had been in other MMA promotions you'd of informed him as i did. UFC or not. You knew what he meant. UFC = MMA to some people.

The guy had like one or two pro fights, hes nowhere near UFC calibre, don't care if you're ignorant and don't know the difference or if the poster is as well.

Answer still is no, hes not a UFC fighter or vet.

Jake Shields comes to mind. :lol

...and the millions of unknowns, but Jake is one of the most heralded; he was supposed to just start chewing UFC fighters up. :(

I love Gilbert Melendez and honestly, I wonder if hes going to have a similar fate if he ever makes it to the UFC.

:lol NO! :nono Dynamen was a tape my Japanese buddy in highschool brought back from a visit to his grandmother in Japan. The heroes were all colored like you see in Power Rangers and their helmets actually had "DYNA" vertically from the forehead to the visor. There were no giant monsters or robots, just baddies that they battled using martial arts and control over the elements (earth was green, water was blue, fire was red, etc).

And yet, got completely raped in the match against GSP. It reminded me of the Sanchez vs. Penn fight and how badly Diego got literally owned by Penn despite chewing up fighter after fighter before that fight. People can tall **** all day long about Dana and the UFC, but there're fighters there right now who are the best in their class.

Yeah, I think you're referring to the parody.

These are the only Dynamen I've ever known, and thus the only thing that comes up in a google search. Anything else is likely a one-shot bootleg, rip-off of Super Sentai in and of itself, voiding your previous notion, lol.

Hey does anybody like donuts. I'm going to get some donuts and just wanna know if anyone wants any. :p

So now it's a UFC, wrestling, power rangers thread? LOL

Hey now! Josh, Helena, Leon and Jake have some wrestling/UFC moves. Chris was the green ranger, Joseph the grey ranger, Jill, the blue ranger, Barry the red, Wesker the black...wait, this is the movie thread :monkey4

Juts let it go. It's been 10 years now. It's okay. :) I have an idea why don't you, Wez, and Fernando and a few more start writing a script for the future RE movie reboot. Hire Uwe Boll, and bam!

That's it! :lol Hmmm... maybe it was Dyna Black that controlled earth? I remember them (or at least Dyna Red) having dirt bikes. :lol

Because not even Uwe Boll would touch a script they'd come up with. :lecture:lecture:lecture:exactly:

Eww. Keep Uwe Boll away from every game property in all of existence please. That man could take pure gold and churn out a steaming pile of ****, thinking it was better than LOTR, Saving Private Ryan, The Dark Knight, Braveheart, Schindler's List, The Godfather, No Country for Old Men, The King's Speech, Gladiator, Unforgiven, Spider-man 2, Million Dollar Baby, Inception and Slumdog Millionaire combined.

Yes, he's that much of a joke. Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but he does think some of his films are of the same quality as award winning pictures, which is completely laughable. :thud:

Yeah, see I figured you were talking about the parody, as I was once obsessed with Super Sentai, mostly Zyurangers and Dairangers, at one point in time.

I severely wish the american adaptations today would try harder to be as cool as their Japanese counterparts. I can already foresee the Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger adaptation being a cheese factory, whereas the Japanese incarnation is actually quite awesome.

In the interest of full disclosure, I have to admit that I do own a Uwe Boll movie... :(

*hangs head in shame*
