Chris is the most changed. Jill all though having a constantly changing face has retained her body. Chris on the other hand also has a constantly changing face and went from average guy in the first games, Skinny in Code Veronica then Thor in Re 5 & 6

He dropped quite a bit of mass between RE5 and 6, so he's a little more normal now. His original RE1 in game model was pretty beefy
