:dunno Not really. The characters belong to FOX so it's their right to decide how and where they're used. Photobucket was smart to remove them.

Wow...you've really opened my eyes to the whole thing.

What would we do without your insight into all of this?

Nam's right though. Go post a Predator fan trailer on YouTube and watch what happens. I had my whole account deleted for posting AvP-R trailers.

Yeah, I get that.

I'm the one that got the warning...remember?

The POINT IS...why is the original site still up, with pics? :slap

Maybe they havent got to it yet. Or maybe they dont want multiple people having the same group of Photos.

Maybe that one that is up is the official one.

Probably because they got permission to post them. Novel concept, I know. :lol

Wow, again your amazing insight amazes us all.

Then why is the slideshow showing "FORBIDDEN" when you try to use it now smart guy?

It didn't do that before.

Broken perhaps?

AvPGalaxy would NOT post the images on their front page if Fox said no. They had to have gotten permission of sorts. There's no other explaination.

I still call bull____.

Call it whatever you like. If I remember correctly, you and I went round for round about this last year when a fellow freak's AVP reviews on YouTube were removed. In the end, the question to ponder is, who's the bigger ass? The guy (regardless of how rich/poor) protecting what he owns? Or the pirate using/stealing it without permission?

I'll never understand this entitlement mentality :dunno

Funny, I don't remember you at all.

What does that tell ya? :rotfl

I'm gonna go ahead and repost this comment, since you guys (Sabres in this case) seem to be overlooking it:

Some of the pics on my Reference thread in THL have disappeared, and have been replaced by those red X's. When I click the Enlarge option, I get the Forbidden message.

The others will probably go soon, too. But guess what? We've still seen 'em all. We still have 'em all. :D
Damn sure not gonna repost them until the movie is out, but until then we have them for ourselves.

And yeah, Sabres. It's obvious these weren't supposed to get out. It is what it is. Good news is we still have them... and why would an AVP review get torn down in 2009? What, you use some clips from a movie and all of a sudden they think you pirated it or what? Pssh, bullpucky -- in that case, and in that case only.

Here, unfortunately, it's more clear-cut and FOX has the rights. Can't be posting those things 'til the 9th.

FOX had the rights last year as well. :lol

True, but it doesn't make as much sense for a movie that's already out and that you merely use some parts of.

Here, it's different. These are spoilers that should not have been leaked and the final product isn't even in theaters. I can understand it more, is what I mean.

It doesn't have to. It's theirs. They have the right to say who does what with it, when and where.
