I completely see what 8th wonder is saying though. For me it is extremely unlikely there will be a better predator film than the original. I watched P1 when I was very young, and it was one of the first films I took seriously. I will always hold a certain nostalgia for it.

M.r Black is really growing on me now, as i thought the design of the jaw under the bio helmet was weird. I think he will be a kick a$$ collectable if hot toys makes it, and im sure they will.

Also the first Spiderman is better than the second, to be honest the first godfther is still the best aswell ALL IN MY OPINION.

in some circles rocky 2 is considered the best rocky film. just ask tarantino. ditto with godfather 2. spider-man 2 is lightyears better than its predecessor, by all counts. and it's not just my opinion.

here are more sequels that best their originals: lethal weapon 2, toys story 2, LOTR:TTT. point is, it can be done.

yeah, I thought T2>T1, but I think P1 and P2 were equal in awesomeness as Arnold and Glover both were great in their roles. I actually thought AVPR was better than AVP with creature design, action and the fact that it was rated R; which is how all these movies should be.

You guys see the trailer for this movie on TV yet? Just saw it tonight on Spike. I honestly had more excitement with the AVPR trailer than this one, but that doesnt mean a lot. I hope we get a Pred movie on their homeworld after this one that ties the different Predators together as to what there purpose was and how they're different clans worked. Like, I would like to know if Wolf was a leader/Elder, were the P1 and P2 Preds kinda lone Preds who go off and do their own thing, how the Pred heirarchy works. I also wanna see some female Preds, bigger and badder creatures for Preds to kill, and how about the true Machiko comin into works............Fox, make it happen!!

I agree with the first part of the statement. At this point, I just want a movie that I'll enjoy. P1 can't be beat, but anything's better than that pile of dookie known as AVP-R.

I thought the first AVP was awesome. As long as Predators is at least on-par with AVP, I'm goooooooooooooooooooood .
