Only thing I don't like is it seems at least on Predator's going to have the super long AVP style blades, I'm not a fan of them having swords coming out of the gauntlets, P1/P2 style is better to me.

Ordinarily, I'd say that would be a well kept secret until the movie launches, but then all sorts of magazines had the kill shot of Wolf and Predalien from AVPR, there were no surprises left for that movie.

If the new Predators are significantly different than anything seen before, it'd be nice to not know what's going to be seen when the standard mask off moment comes.

another thing i noticed is that none of the preds in this movie are wearing the body netting. also, significantly less body armour too.

Yeah, judging from what Rodriguez says in that clip, Brody IS miscast. He's just way to charismatic to fit the badass mercenary mold. Fishbourne would have worked better in that role, though he really seems to fit his current one.

I wouldn't think up front, making any of the humans from this film is risky until the film proves itself. They didn't even finish Dutch's crew and that movie's success is proven. Granted there are no likeness rights for it, but still. PREDATORS could be a complete flop, and if it is, the Predators would still do fine because of popularity of the design, I think the AVP figures were more successful than the movies. I'm sure they're developing Predators right now and considering humans if the movie does well enough.

Definitely if they do a human, it'll be Royce, and possibly a Fishburn, just because of the selling power of him as an actor, there's customs potential so the figure has value in the market beyond just for PREDATORS.

I wanted to slap his whiney face every time he appeared.. but maybe that was just me.. Naomi Watts was great however.

Personally, I'd expect to see Lawrence Fishburne's character first. He's probably the bigger name within the SF genre - a figure of him would have a wider appeal immediately. Plus, from a marketing point of view, he's the only human character who is not basically a real world military type that's already done to death in the 1/6 arena.

lookslike he just ripped the spine out of some one cause in other pics that appear lighter it has someone lying in front of him. Ithinkit's the convict that was running. Ihope they show him yanking it out like in the 1st & 2nd movie! Goar! More Goar!!
